Booked sound therapy with Krystal through the website, which included a helpful questionnaire beforehand. My first impression of the studio was great. Calming ambiance and friendly staff who provide other services outside of who I was there to see. Mrs. Krystal was welcoming and clearly explained the process since it was my first session. The sound therapy was deeply relaxing, especially with the infrared mat and red light add-on. Afterward, she provided thoughtful feedback and guidance to maximize the benefits. Highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxation, a mental reset, and overall wellness—just be sure to hydrate before and after.

I started seeing Krystal in June after my regular stylist of several years moved away. Krystal is highly skilled, reliable, and so easy to work with. She listens to my wants and offers guidance on how to accomplish them. Each visit since then (in September and again in November) has been consistent, and I leave each time feeling great about my hair.
