It was my first time visiting this salon, and I had such a great experience! Tony did my hair, and he was very professional and patient during the consultation. I absolutely love the color and layers — the final result turned out even better than I expected. The hair wash SPA by Amy was super relaxing. Her technique was gentle and very comfortable, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. My nails were done by Jessie, and I’m in love with them! The design is elegant, the color combination is beautiful, and everything looks so detailed and high-quality. Overall, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

First time getting builder gel (aka as sculpted nails or structured nails) at this salon. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in. Jessica was great! Very friendly. Jason did my hair. He did a touchup, haircut with bangs, and blowout. He’s a visionary. He does amazing work. My hair hasn’t looked this good in ages. He also takes a lot of pride in his work. I will be a loyal customer! I loved it. I feel like a new person. I'm happy with the service, price, and scheduling flexibility.

I had such a great experience at Innovate Salon & Spa! The staff went above and beyond to fix my nails, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. They were incredibly kind, patient, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. It felt like a little getaway the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work and amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨

Ivy was incredible! I wanted a fairly big transformation (going full blonde highlights on virgin hair, AND bangs), with an AI generated image and not much else to go off. She helped build out my vision of what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the process - she showed me how light my hair was at several points throughout the lifting process and explained how the finished look would turn out if we stopped at that point, and asked what I wanted to do. She explained color theory to me, helped me understand my hair type, and designed my bangs to suit my face and hair type. I always have an incredible experience at Innovate Hair Salon, and today was truly exceptional. I cannot recommend Ivy and Innovate highly enough!

Lovely atmosphere and wonderful service. Already hitting up a girlfriend or two to set up a pedicure date. Jenny did a great job on an acrylic powder/dip manicure and got my length and shape just how I like them. The space is large, bright, and clean, and the quality and service matches the vibe.

I received a 60-min Head Spa from Xinny and it was wonderful. The salon is beautiful and clean. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The head spa room was very warm and cozy. The treatment is a full sensory experience with sound, smells, and touch that make the whole thing really unique and the perfect way to relax. Will definitely be back to try other services!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to leave one today after visiting Innovate for the first time. My mom and husband sent me for a much needed day of pampering and relaxation, and that is exactly what I got! I got my nails done for the first time since before my son was born and Yukie did an amazing job. She was kind, thorough, and gentle with both my pedicure and manicure. My nails look gorgeous! I will be asking for Yukie every visit. I got package 1 Head Spa done by Amy and it was incredible! I had never done something like this before but I am already looking forward to my next one. So soothing, relaxing, and refreshing. I can’t believe I have been missing out this long. I got a simple cut and style to my hair following Head Spa treatment. The stylist was Tony and he was fantastic! Incredibly kind, efficient, and truly talented at his craft. I feel lighter and brighter! In general, the salon is GORGEOUS! Spacious, clean, bright but not in an overstimulating way. The music and set up on the salon make for a truly relaxing experience. I am currently pregnant and avoid nail salons due to harsh smells, loud noise, and crowding but this was the perfect spot. The staff are all SO kind and accommodating— often asking me if I was ok or if I needed anything. It has taken me 5 years since moving to the area to find a salon I actually want to return back to and this one is it for sure!
