Done Up Beauty Bar

I did not get the results I paid for. Uneven balayage done by Nicole. I did not receive the understanding, empathy or accountability that I should expect as a customer paying such a high price for a service that should have been done right the first time. I wanted to like this place, but I only feel robbed of my hard earned money. So no I will not pay another $70-$100 for a glaze for mistakes that were not mine. Not to mention, for color treatment that is supposed to last 6 weeks at the least. *Update 11.20* Jordan, the manager, attempted to fix my uneven balayage. However, still not happy with the results (car photos). Form your own opinions, but I see two different shades. These results don’t make me feel pretty or confident. The outcome and my overall experience has had a significant effect on my self-esteem. Instead of wanting to style my hair I feel like concealing it because I don’t feel comfortable with how it looks, and it’s been mentally draining for me. Of course it was appreciated at first, but I wasted my time at the end of the day as it should have been done correctly the first time. To top it all off, when I bring this up, I’m being told that it’s lighting, even though I can clearly see it isn’t. I sent pictures of each side of my head in the SAME lighting. That makes me feel like my perception is being dismissed, and it’s really uncomfortable... IF I’M BEING HONEST.

I was so thankful Jordan directed me to Dee. I have super long thick hair and I was scared to have anyone do my hair but Dee made me feel right at home and I gave all my trust to her and I am so thankful I did. She made me feel beautiful all over again and I will probably only use her for the rest of my life. I also came to add that I made an apt for my 9 year old daughter and she told me after her appointment that she felt so beautiful! I have been losing my hair this past year and it's been absolutely devastating to me. I went in to Done Up Beauty Bar and had a consultation with Dee - she was wonderful and answered all of my questions. She fit me in quickly so I could get my hair extensions and become a blonde again.
