The new barber Jordan was AMAZING. This is one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. Jordan was very kind and he understood the assignment. Exceptional service

I came in to see about a haircut the place was empty waited about 10 minutes so i called it rang about 30_50 rings no answer then machine says memory is full i came before and seen luanna but she moved out of state she was amazing all i was trying to do is get a haircut today or schedule appt but i cant do either very weird also says cash or check no bell to ring look like nobody was even there unless they were in back thx

Luann did an incredible job on my hair, but was also sweet, funny, and a joy to be around.

I can only speak from my experience with my hairdresser Kendra. She is amazing! She is very laid back, listens to what you want for your hair, and is very accommodating. I've been going to her for over 3 years now and have yet to be disappointed. The salon itself is quaint and follows COVID procedures. It's never overwhelmingly crowded which I love.

I didn't use the service. This was my experience though. I thought I would try them out. Seemed like a good place. I starting calling Monday morning. Each time I received a voice recording telling me that each stylist set their own hours and if I reached the recording then try again later. I did. 10 times over two days. FINALLY someone answered and I asked to schedule an appointment. Her response was to give me the cell phone of a stylist that was accepting new clients. I called and left a message. No response. Two days and not a single call. I understand that stylist rent the chairs, but it would be nice if someone answered the phone while they were there. Collectively they are the company, what they do and don't do is a reflection of the company. This, sadly is a poor one. ETA: yes, I tried on Monday and did realize you were closed. Tried Tuesday until finally I got someone. I received a stylists phone number and left a message Tuesday morning. As of titration evening I didn't receive a call back yet. Three days is crazy absurd. I guess, since you're assisting the blame, that I could've text if I had known a number to. I want aware of an online scheduling option, since I was trying to schedule my first appointment. It's funny you mention great clips and supercuts as an alternative. That same day I was trying to calling you, I called several salons. All answered and they have the same set up as you do, the stylists set their own appointments. I'm excited to say I set an appointment elsewhere. Although you may think it's unfair based on a call, it's very fair IMO because how consumers are treated starts with that first phone call. The stylist may be excellent at their craft and skills, However, if you can't even get to that point, no one would know. I wasn't expecting walk in services or an immediate appointment. VERY unhappy with the way my last appointment was handled. VERY unprofessional!!!! Autumn has did my hair a few times and cancelled the day of because she was sick which is understandable BUT would not return my calls or texts to reschedule. It's been a week and a half AND this was RIGHT before the Thanksgiving holiday which I wasn't too happy about but again I was VERY understanding. I will NEVER go back there again!!!!!! No integrity and very rude to avoid clients!!!!! Come to find out she went out the night before my appointment and was more than likely hungover too!!! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star after this experience!!! I'd like to also add, that I have sent a few people to her and she's never responded to them as well!!!

I love my stylist here. She is so great at what she does. The shop os clean and the other people there are always pleasant. But Dana is incredible and I count my blessings every day that I found her
