Will be coming back soon! Husband looked for surrounding nail salons while we got our car serviced and found this salon and let me say They will definitely be seeing me again! Everything was absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped in to the time I left. I myself got the Volcano pedicure and as soon as I sat down I was offered water or tea and always got asked if everything was going well or if I needed a refill on my tea. This was my daughter's first nail experience and everyone was so sweet with her. Will be coming back to have a girls day with both my daughter's next time. 🥰

JJ did my manicure and Lily did my pedicure. Both technicians are excellent. JJ knows just how I like my nails shaped and what kinds of polish I like. Lily is a master at taking care of my toes and massaging my feet and legs. I am very happy with the way they take care of me. The salon itself is stylish, clean, and bright.

Kathy was amazing she deserves 10 stars and the individual who did my toes. Very professional and calm, however the service was great yet the manager running around charging people and greeting was extremely unprofessional. She took women off of other clients to place with arrivals, was very rude about it and had a very ugly attitude, I almost walked out. However it’s not the women’s fault whom provided the nail service, and I heard she’s interim as the "real" one is in Korea. Very unfortunate, they need a friendly smile that treats the technicians gentle and kind, a calm individual which can handle stress and not be too emotional with her aggressive feelings.

Customer service is great, the place looks posh, but hygiene is bad. Prices are on the higher end, which is to be expected from a salon with this level of customer service. I have gotten facial waxing, manicure and pedicures here but I probably won't go back due to hygiene concerns. I got facial wax today but the stick that was used to apply the wax was already in the pot when I sat down, not a new stick. Then it was used on me and double dipped into the pot throughout my entire session. The stick was thrown away after my session. When I mentioned that she had missed a spot, she dug into the trash to pull out the stick and dipped it into the pot to get wax again. Straight from the trash into the wax pot.** I assume it was the same stick but honestly who knows. It came from the trash so I don't know if there were more in there and she just grabbed the first one she saw. California law says that double dipping sticks is not allowed for hygienic purposes. But this place is definitely not following the law or hygienic guidelines. It seems like they are more concerned with saving a few cents by reusing sticks than ensuring that they don't transmit bacteria or disease. The place looks posh, very clean, great customer service, but their practices lack basic hygiene. So beware. ** Update: I received a call from the salon insisting that I saw wrong and she had not taken the stick from the trash. She insisted that she had used the trash can as support to bend down to get a new stick and said there were in fact two sticks in the trash which would support her argument. I know what I saw so I'm not retracting my statement. But for argument's sake, even if that were the case there is still a lack of hygiene because of the double dipping (which is prohibited in California). I tried to explain that to her but she didn't think that was a problem. She said they only need to use one stick per person and that was good enough. It's unfortunate that a place with such good vibes has this problem. The prices are already on the high end, why not just increase them a buck or two to cover the cost of extra sticks to offer customers a clean experience? I hope they can figure out a cleaner way because everything else about the salon is fabulous.

This is an unfortunate situation! I went to Nobel 3 times for hands and feet due to my normal nail artist of 11 year going on vacation for 2 month. The location is beautiful and the employees are nice but now my toe nails have fungus! Today I went back to my normal nail artist after going to Nobel for 3 consecutive appointments. When it was time to do my pedicure I was informed by my normal nail artist of 11 years I had fungus on both my Big Toe Nails! This has never happen before ever I'm so upset I am a licensed with the state of California 20 years and it is so unprofessional for a nail artist to see damage or fungus and not tell the client. My last visit to noble was 3 weeks ago! If clients are going to pay $200 plus for pedicures and gel x at least make sure we not going to get fungus.

Joy did my pedicure today after a long day off work as a nurse. I noticed the prices were more expensive, but now I see the worth of the service and the ambiance. Joy was thorough. The manager was friendly and advocated for Noble Nails by giving me a brochure. I wanted to add a white tip close to closing time, and the manager asked her employee gladly. She is detailed. I noticed they used BRAND NEW hygiene nail kits. To the owner, these employees deserve an incentive for their hard work and advocacy for the establishment. Joy added the extra coat to perfect the color, and she helped me pick milky white. She truly showed hard work ethic she even works additional days! Joy educated me on the importance of how the gel will cure differently based on the technique used by other salons. She also gives the best foot massages. She was soft spoken and very willing to assist me with any questions or adjustments!
