Love this spot! If you need a facial or a wax this is your spot. Rooms are clean and the front lounge area is cute. Courtney is my favorite, love her. I always have my waxes with her. Always satisfied plus I get a 15 minute coupling session😉 she and her staff are awesome.

Carsyn is amazing!! She always gets my brows perfect and did my first ever lash lift and tint. I get pretty anxious and claustrophobic about having my eyes closed for a long time but she went above and beyond to make it something I could actually do and I've never felt prettier. She's a wonderful person and GOATed esthetician.

I was really looking forward to a facial before the holidays and booked an appointment through ClassPass. I arrived early and spent about 15 minutes alone in an empty store before anyone came to greet me. When someone finally did, I was asked if I had an appointment — only to be told that ClassPass and their booking system do not work together, so I could not be seen. I was told this is a known and common issue, which makes it frustrating that the business is still available to book on ClassPass. Instead of enjoying the relaxing facial I had planned, I was told to contact ClassPass customer service to try to get my paid credits back. This was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing customer experience. If this booking issue is known, it really should be addressed so other customers don’t run into the same problem.

Sweet cheeks is a lovely and clean space. I do NOT recommend the membership and customer service can be hit or miss but the services are amazing.

Hailey is always so kind and helpful when I walk in or call. She is very knowledgeable and eager to be a part of everything going on. She is honored by her colleges for being well organized and on top of it. Emm is an esthetician for 11 years and she's worked here for 4 months and is so kind. She specializes in relaxing facials and painless waxing!! Now my girl- Courtney is a doll!!!! She has been very accommodating with my pampering and she is thorough and her attention to detail is INCREDIBLE!!! And I tell you one thing that all women want when we expose ourself- comfort and care. I trust Courtney and never felt uncomfortable one time. She is sensitive and caring and I appreciate her for what she does and to me she is 100% essential in my life!!! There clothes are also awesome too!! And very well priced!

I received the 80 minute restorative massage from Mary, and hands down it was the absolute best massage I've ever had and I have had a lot of massages beginning when I was 16. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Found this awesome place when my regular local girl at a different Salon was out of town… I think it’s always good to spread the word whenever a business is doing an amazing job so wanted to praise "Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar" as well 🙂 Both my daughter and I have had excellent facials by both Zule and Rachel, and the director of operations Brandon was kind, easy and quick to reply and communicate with through email when I had questions regarding booking . The customer service and overall care at this Beauty Bar was EXCELLENT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
