I had such a great experience with Diamond! She was very helpful with helping me pick out the perfect perfumes and took the time to really understand what I was looking for instead of just pushing popular opinions. Her recommendations were spot on and she explained the different scent notes and longevity so easily! Her customer service was just as great and very patient!

I had the most wonderful experience, all due to Miss Shavonne at the North Canton location. I went in for a hair mask and got quickly overwhelmed by the options. Curly girls can feel me when I say I don’t want to spend money again on a product that won’t work for me. Anyway, she stopped and asked if I needed help, then sent over Miranda (the salon hairdresser), who was able to direct me. After that, Miss Shavonne helped me around the rest of the store. She honestly feels like shopping with a best friend — not pushy, simply funny and informative. She feels like a memory of when you’re young, shopping for makeup before going out with your friends. Pure vibes. She is a wonderful light, and I’ll be back to give her all my money. Lol

Called today to try to gain clarity abt a promo offer on an online order that also applied to a store option + as I start explaining myself the manager on call legit cut me off + goes, "what’s your question?" like my phone call is such a drag to her WORKday. There are no other words than rude to describe this phone call + I will no longer spend a dime @Ulta again; Sephora here we come I guess. She would have known what my question was if she would have given some respect +let me speak. Tone matters. Patience matters. Genuineness matters. She needs to do better; bc of her, this company loses my family’s $, for perpetuity.

My daughter wanted the Madison Reed expresso yourself hair color and couldn't find it anywhere. Called Ulta before heading that way since the other places that I went that were supposed to have it were either out of stock or that particular store didn't carry it in stock. The girl was very polite, checked and told me they had 2 left (which was exactly what I needed). I told her I was on my way and she went and got them and held them at the counter for me. I called my daughter and told her I got it. She asked," How? It's impossible to get!" I replied, "Ulta". She was beyond ecstatic and happy. Thank you so much Belden Ulta!! ♥️

I had two experiences at this store recently and they were phenomenal! I had a hair cut and dye appointment with Liam- he listened to what I was looking for, it turned out great! Plus, he is so personable! Karissa helped me with picking out some makeup for an event- she worked so hard to get me matched PERFECTLY. My makeup has never looked so good! I can't rave enough about these two!

My daughter and i booked first time appointments with Liam and were thrilled with our results! He took tje time to listen and work with us to get amazing results. If you want a great stylist (and a genuinely beautiful, kind soul) Liam is your man. We will definitely be returning!

I had a disappointing first experience at this location. There was no line when I went to check out, but the employee at the register told me I had to go around to the other side for the line. Which I did, but his tone felt unnecessarily rude and on edge, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
