My wife wanted to come to this store while we were inside Topanga mall. She heard great things about this place from my sister. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and helped out my wife right away. They didn't have the powder makeup she wanted but they had something else which my wife like. The worker also helped match her skin color and provided amazing customer service. The prices are reasonable here as well.

Hello, I am writing to share my disappointing experience I had at your store on Monday, January 26, 2026. This was not my first visit, traveling a considerable distance because I value the products. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below those expectations. Upon entering the store, the employee did not greet or acknowledge me at any point. I was never asked if I needed assistance or had any questions. This was throughout my entire time in the store, I felt completely ignored. The experience was uncomfortable and made me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. When it came time to check out, there was no eye contact or friendliness. I was only asked to input my phone number for points, with no "thank you" or "have a good day." The lack of basic courtesy left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a loyal customer. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the customer is never great but this was a disastrous experience. And the store was very dusty. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.

Better than Bee & Co not pushy people, good real products, . and not making you keep buying as what they say something is better which they have,. selling like Bee & Co. selling products that keeps getting higher and higher. instead of putting it all together and let's you choose which is better for you financially!,.. this store Korheim is better than Bee & Co,.. period. not scammers..

Today around 2pm my little sister and I visited this store. There was a plus size girl who hovered over us following us everywhere. Did she think we were going to steal $1 face masks?? We explained we were ready to check out but instead the employee proceeded to chat up a male customer 2 feet away ignoring us for several minutes. Another employee Caucasian came up to register told us to step aside and rang up another customer while we tried to explain we were waiting to check out. The customer and employee ignored us. We left our basket of products and walked out while the big girl continued chatting with the male customer. The reason why I mentioned descriptions because my last visit there was a professional and knowledgeable female Asian employee who helped us. The two employees today need to be training.
