I like the professionalism of the lady who owns the business. Not only that, but her employees are professional & very respectful. I have been going to this business for years & I am always treated with respect. At times I was given free items due to being a loyal customer. I recommend this business. They have great items & conduct great customer service. I always go back due to the positive customer service experience. If I could rate this 10 stars I would. Excellent business woman & great respectful workers. Respect is a conscious decision & I have been going here for years & I have always been respected.

I've come here a few times and it's so nice every time I do. The store is clean,bright, and organized. Everyone in the shop is so nice and friendly, especially Ms.love. She's makes you want to come back. She's friendly and pretty knowledgeable about wig care. I actually use the hair advice she was kind enough to share and it works! So far this is my favorite place to go for wigs in the Twin Cities 💖

This was my first time coming here after reading the Google reviews. The wig selection is phenomenal and the prices are really good too! Love was extremely helpful and equally friendly, I'm really glad I found this place. It's about the same distance from my house as Coco Beauty Supply, but the store is a lot cleaner, less cramped and the employees are friendlier. I'll be coming here for my beauty supply needs more often!

Went here with my daughter. Great customer service - the employee who helped us was nice, upbeat, and answered all our questions. She showed us different options for the type of wig we wanted that we didn't know we had. She also explained the best care products to use and how to use them. My daughter and I actually had fun buying her a wig, which was unexpected.

Came here to buy a wig for my wig fanatic daughters birthday, I was really impressed how well put together the store was. Looks like a really neat place to shop for my kids. And lots of wigs. They had tons of stuff, with friendly very helpful staff. They answered all of my questions, im going to take my kids to this store in the near future, and I hope they will smile from ear to ear about it, I bet they will.

Only docked stars because I noticed that they overcharge you for some items and when you call them out on it they say they can't issue a refund but you can get something from them for the amount they overcharged you by. I just bought braiding hair that had the price tag on all of the packages and when I was ring up she charged me more than what it was listed add them said it was prices wrong. This time I made her give me my money back. Good quality products but make sure you look at your receipt and pay attention.

The lady who helped me was kind and knowledgeable, I told her the color and general style im looking for and she found me a few winners. Wish they had more in the 99j shade though. They have a good selection and fair prices. Also lots of hair care items. I will be back next time we visit this state
