I don’t usually come and write reviews, but I have to for this one. Down below I’ll show pictures what I asked for and what they gave me, which is completely different and I’m very very disappointed and dissatisfied, I paid $150 for these lash extensions and they don’t even look like what I asked for at all or hold well which is crazy to me. They didn’t wash my lashes before getting them done (which other places usually always wash my lashes first) Whenever I got them done I was so disappointed I came back the same day to demand a fix or refund which they tried their best to fix it but the photo I attached IS the fixed version. I’ve had lash extensions done with other lash techs and they’ve held for 3+ weeks and didn’t fall out the first week at all, I got these done A DAY AGO and I already had like 8-11 pieces fall out and I didn’t even touch my eyes and tried to be as careful as possible with them and overall I’m very unhappy. I got hybrids which are supposed to be mixed but I’m only seeing the volume fans fall out. I wish I demanded a refund or partial refund. Again, sorry I don’t usually write bad reviews EVER but this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed with something that costs so much and I had higher expectations.

Connie has been doing my nails since 2007. They always turn out beautiful. I highly recommend her services. She is faithful and she's on time and she does all things with excellence.

Love love love this place. They offer EVERYTHING but with the small town charm. So lucky I found this place years ago… best lashes I’ve ever had.
