I had an absolutely terrible experience. I came to get my hair bleached and notified the hair stylist of my scalp burning. When my hair got washed I lost hair by the clumps. I had beautiful hair until I let it get bleached at this salon. I asked for a refund and was denied also asked for a treatment and I was told I’d have to pay for it.

I love supporting small businesses. They do a phenomenal job! Erika did an amazing transformation for my hair. I love it and I get compliments on it all the time. No wonder she has the same clientele...they keep coming back to her because she's so talented. The salon itself is a very clean and comfortable environment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Erika is absolutely amazing. My daughter doesn’t like anyone to touch her hair but absolutely loves Erika and the haircuts she gets from her. Erika also talks to you about exactly what you are wanting and even check with you before you leave to make sure you are happy with your haircut. I 100% recommend reflection’s salon.

I made an appointment on line this morning for a hair cut 1:30 I got an conformation text and it was excepted. II got there at 1:20 went to the door no one was there. I waited until 1:30 still no styles I even called and left a message. 1:40 I left still the styles hadn't showed. Bad business. If I could give 0 stars I would. But on the up note I did get my hair cut At The Pink Dot and she gave me a great hair cut. You should give her a call.

I love this adorable salon! My favorite stylist in Bristol, Andi Mullin is the owner and the only person who I go to in town. Her salon is chic and cool, yet warm and welcoming. She is THE BEST at color and I am always happy when I have her cut and color my hair. Fantastic and my hands down favorite!

I called at 3 pm on Monday, when most all other salons/barber shops were closed or booked. I needed a 5:30 appointment due to work. Andi was great! She was able to schedule an appointment for my son to have his hair cut. She was very attentive and listened to how he would like to have his hair cut. She also had some good tips on styling his hair. Love the look of the salon, also very clean. I will be scheduling with her again!

I totally loved the experience I received with Andi at Reflections! She is an incredibly gifted, artistic stylist and she will help you design the cut for you that will make you look the best you can be! The pricing is very fair and you receive much more value for your investment then you will ever get anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and try this salon out you will not be disappointed!
