I’ve been in five times. Have a very clear photo and every time I explain that I do not want my bangs and front locks cut at all just the back and a trim. The shape is extremely straightforward with the photo. Every single time she insists on cutting 4-5 inches off of my bangs while I tell her I don’t want my bangs cut and she says "oh I understand I never let anybody cut my bangs" and I walk out with inch and a half bangs from my previous 6 inch bangs that I told her not to cut! This time I will not wait five months for my bangs to grow out just to have her chop the hell out of them again. Super nice lady, nice quiet salon, communication skills nil. I have hated the last four cuts from her. Done.

Nicolette is a hair genius. For ten years I have been searching for a stylist to replace the one who left the industry, and she is it. I've gone to countless stylists who say they know how to cut fine hair, only to find out they 1) have no idea how to cut it 2) don't listen to what I'm looking for 3) tell me the layers I wanted would be impossible (they aren't) Nicolette asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and knows exactly how to handle fine hair. I now have my favorite haircut back, and I couldn't be more grateful! Also she's funny as heck and the entire appointment was like hanging with a good friend.

I had my hair cut and colored beautifully by Kayla, who is a lovely woman, several times over the course of the last 3 1/2 years. However, the last time I went was disappointing to say the least. My hair was not cut with the split ends being gone, which you'd think be the norm. The color was terrible. When my bangs were pulled back, there was a chunk of hair obviously untouched by color. On one side in the front, there was an over-colored chunk of hair that was blonder than the rest. I had to hide those two areas since I got my hair done in June. The grow out of my color and cut was terrible. I went and got a great $13 haircut at Great Clips and colored my own hair for $7. It looks better than the $130 +tip +parking ticket I ended up getting for a grand total of $180. Beware of inconsistency with any stylist I guess. I will never go back and it's too bad because all the stylists there seem to do great work.
