I recently visited SHek Beauty Lounge and was blown away by the experience! This salon is a true gem—beautiful, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The ambiance is both luxurious and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some self-care. The staff are professional, friendly, and truly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in search of top-notch beauty services in a stunning setting. Five stars all the way!

Michelle has cut my hair for over 20 years and I drive interstate happily for her! She has cut my kids hair from birth and we love her so much! Her husband Ben is quite talented as well and they have been working side by side since beauty school when I was just a teen. Anybody who gets to know them is lucky!

Heather is/was/continues to be exceptional on so many levels. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I'm living that working mom life so "pampering" myself is usually not an option. Heather was so understanding, gave me a great cut (which is hard with curly hair) and was hilarious. I would highly recommend her and this beautiful salon.

I'm not sure where to even begin. I started going to Bella Dona 4 years ago to see the nail tech Suzie. She is amazing. Every nail I've ever gotten is beautiful. She is creative but also cares to understand what you want. I was in the market for a new hair person, and she recommended me to Layna, who owns the salon. I've NEVER been so happy with my hair. Layna is fantastic, fun, and always gives me exactly what I want. Prices are affordable, ESPECIALLY for the quality.

After the shutdown, I made much needed appointment with my hairdresser at this salon. Based on the Phase II criteria and what was posted on the website, I felt that I would not be put at risk if I went. I have asthma. In the past two months we have lost two friends to COVID 19. I know the importance of following the advisement of the medical experts for myself and others. When I arrived I was happy to see the sign on the door directing me to wait outside until called, but I was soon disheartened to discover that nobody was wearing mask inside. On my behalf, my hairdresser asked everyone (both hairdressers and customers) to wear masks, but with the exception of one customer, everyone refused. I had one brief encounter with the owner, Layna. Unfortunately, wearing a mask and even encouraging her team to wear a mask was in her opinion a matter of rights. She dismissed the importance of health and safety at this critical point in time and instead chose to demonstrate a lack of responsibility, leadership and compassion. This surely shaped the climate of those in her salon. There are so many other reputable salons in this area who will value you and your service. I hope my message will help you decide what you deserve.

Everyone working in SHek Beauty Lounge is awesome!!! Love the look, the vibe, and the culture of the salon. Great addition of adding snacks and a complimentary drink. Mimosas with soothing music and a great conversation with my stylists makes for an enjoyable time at the salon.

I have visited this salon a couple of times since they reopened with restrictions due to COVID-19. They are all more than willing to accommodate any requests to make you feel comfortable. The first time I visited they met me outside and as I entered my temperature was taken, each station was separated by vinyl "curtains", so there was no way to invade anyone else's space or cause concern about social distancing safety from the virus. Everyone was cleaning and disinfecting the wash stations as soon as one client was done. The stylists are all professional and amazing!!!
