I went to my appointment and really wasn’t familiar with what a head spa is but was told it would help me with my migraines. Lyndz the owner explained everything to me on what she was going to do to make me as comfortable as possible and she did. She was amazing and I was so relaxed. I went in and felt a migraine coming on well after I was done the migraine went away and since then I have not had a severe migraine as I usually have at least 3 or 4 a week. Book your appointments it’s well worth your time and money to treat yourself and use natural healing….

Most amazing and relaxing experience! Lyndsey is so sweet and makes you feel right at home from the second you walk through her door. Felt so good and rejuvenated after and can’t wait for my next appointment!
