The saloon and the service are extremely disappointing. I visited this Sunday and ended up with numerous wounds on my face. The eyebrow threader used such harsh threading that I have cuts all over my eyebrows and this is not the first time. They even burned my upper lips and lower chin while waxing. It seems that eyebrow threading is just a way to make money for the staff, not a genuine commitment to providing good customer service. I’m not overly disappointed, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Does anyone know the contact information for the current owner? This hair stylist charged me $250 for this

Literally the worst salon ever!! They rush you all the time as if they they’re just trying to get you out of there asap and 2 times I got my upper lips waxed, they didn’t even do proper care check the wax temp and waxed over one spot multiple times resulting in skin bleeding. No after care provided when I asked for it bc it was hurting. Please avoid going here for your own sake they’ll just do a sloppy job unless you got connections or they know you. It’s never a good experience here.

Very bad customer service. The employees who work here do not seem interested in doing business. I am very disappointed and will not be going to this salon again. I prefer to go to other salons like American Nails or Magic Nails Spa, where they really know how to do their jobs. This was an Indian salon, and I thought they would cater to my needs, but I was wrong!

Rude, very rude to me and my kid. Only one lady in the shop is very serious and rude, rest all are good. Unluckily we got her and from the beginning I observed she was not interested in kids hair cut and she was cutting my kid hair as if I forced her to do it. She could have always said no if she don't want to do kids hair cut. Kept on pushing my kid head and hand rudely and did not answer any of my questions. I have been going there for couple of years but my last experience left extremely unhappy with that lady and shop. I agree with similar kind of review posted by others.

One of the ladies, blonde hair and glasses, was very rude. She got angry with me and didn’t clean my kid’s head at all when she was done with his hair cut. Her mood was off during the entire haircut and told me that I needed to bring my kid it every 1-2 months.
