Beautiful salon ran by a wonderful and very knowledgeable woman and all of her staff are very welcoming and kind. I appreciate their scheduling flexibility and love the amazing results, best haircut I’ve had hands down. Happy to have my new home for all hair/skin/nail needs! 🤩🫶🏼

Scott gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. The shampoo/condition with hot towel was incredible, never experienced that before. He’s very personable and I enjoyed the conversation. I highly recommend him.

I had a very unprofessional experience here. I would have paid twice the price to have gotten what I actually ordered. I am usually confident in any store that has the Aveda brand on it. I am here trying to dress up for my wife on our 9 year anniversary. I simply had 2 requests before I came in. Sierra was the receptionist and immediately promised they could accommodate my requests. I confirmed a total of three times and each time Sierra said "Yes! We are all good.!" He spent ten minutes on me, he was unable to full fill my requests. I was not only double booked, he was unable to finish my cut akdnmoved on to the next person. I paid, tipped (standard amount) and walked out the door and into another salon paid another $40.00 for them to finish the job. If you are going to carry the Aveda name.... you've really have to try harder. :/

Scott is awesome! Super personable, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience fun. He takes care of you and just feels like a friend who also happens to make your hair look great. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Element 909 for men's haircut for a while now. They've earned my repeat patronage because they have excellent customer service, and Chad's services are truly superb. He takes his time and makes sure his clients feel truly appreciated. I'd be hard pressed to take my business elsewhere!

I just moved to the area and was looking to go back in time and bring more texture to my hair similar to that of a young Mick Jagger. I was paired with Krystal who was dubbed the texture queen and man was she able to deliver! Truly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, excellent shape, perfect length, and of course great texture. Will be coming back in the later months!
