Went to the Federal Way branch - the lady made us wait for an hour, only to tell us afterward that we needed to make an appointment for the next day. She could have mentioned that upfront but didn’t seem to care. Not happy with how they handle customers.
1st time at Salon, Mr Yu and staff are very kind. Mr Yu spend time to listen to what my concern and gives me his professional advice and I am pleased with the final result. Thanks Mr Yu.
Good styling and very kind and efficient
