I had the best experience with Michelle! Online booking was easy, the consultation was thorough, and the install was a breeze. I started with a long bob and left with 20 inches of my dream hair. Pricing was clear and communicated prior to install. Full head of tape ins. I am beyond happy with the results. 10/10

Michelle really is just one of the best in the business at what she does. She's extremely knowledgeable, pricing is reasonable, and she's also FAST. The first time I went to her a few years ago, I was concerned I didn't wind up with quite enough hair installed to blend in with my natural. I reached out and she totally understood my concern and was happy to help solve it as soon as possible -- no ego, no trying to convince me otherwise -- she just saw that I wanted something different and wanted to make sure she did what she could to make it happen. She understands that the hair her clients wear is her work on display and takes pride in doing it well. I got another pack of hair installed that same week for a very reasonable price and it completely solved my concern. A few months ago I decided to get k-tips installed by my colorist instead for convenience. After six hours in that colorist's chair and for twice the price of going to Michelle, I wound up with hair darker and shorter than I asked for, with far too much density for my natural hair to hold, and installed so unprofessionally that it would've ripped out all of my natural hair had I kept them in any longer than I did. After a month of trying to work with that stylist to get them fixed, she refused to take accountability for the issues or help in any way. I desperately went to Michelle for help and she was a livesaver. No attitude for going to someone else (which always makes me feel guilty but lesson learned!), she just wanted to help fix the problem. After a quick consult she was able to fit me in to fix my hair that week. She managed to safely remove the old hair, buy new hair that matched my original goals, and expertly install a mix of the new and what she could salvage of the old all in a few hours, saving me money on the hair I already bought that was basically new. She really is a master at extensions. Booking is also super easy online, pricing is clear, and she's very communicative. It's hard to find people to treat extensions as a service with this level of care and transparency and she absolutely does.

I've been getting hair extensions for over four years now. Initially, I struggled with hair loss due to alopecia after having kids. I tried mermaid hair extensions, and while the salon was good, I never really connected with the stylists. The owner had multiple stylists who focused on selling as much hair as possible. When I found Michelle's website, I was impressed by her personal approach. She mentioned she could do smaller hair extensions for people like me, who don't need as much hair. Michelle has always been honest about what she can do for me. Even if I want more hair, she is truthful about what my hair can support. That's what I love about her, she focuses on building relationships and providing the best service for you and your hair, not just making money. Her genuine approach and care make people happy. I highly recommend her!

I can’t recommend Michelle enough! Before seeing her I had tape-ins, but she switched me to keratin bonds and the difference is amazing. The blend looks beautiful and so natural, plus they’re so easy to maintain. The hair quality is top-notch, and Michelle herself is incredibly fast and efficient. Such a great experience all around!

She did a wonderful job on my hair and was a lovely conversationalist! I am so happy with the results and it was blended so well! 10/10 would recommend, if you’re thinking about booking and on the fence, go for it! You’ll feel like a million bucks walking out of the salon!

I hesitated to leave this review but considering that extensions are such an investment I felt an obligation. I was not happy with my results and when I expressed my concerns she was not able to see the short comings. To fix a problem you need to be able to see the problem. So I just went elsewhere to achieve better results. I'm glad I did
