Plaza Salon

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I booked a manicure appointment for 3:15 PM, which was the only available time slot the master had that day. I adjusted my schedule and planned my entire day around this appointment. On the morning of the appointment, I received a notification that my time was moved 30 minutes earlier, without being asked whether this change worked for me. Then, just four hours before the appointment, I received a call informing me that the appointment was canceled altogether. As a result, my plans for the day were completely disrupted. This was a very frustrating experience, and I found the scheduling and communication to be unreliable.

Jasmine knows her art. She is just amazing. She took me in on the spot and gave a beautiful bang trim. She is thorough and has great suggestions on how to style and care for your hair. I'd definitely recommend her!

Tracy is a fabulous stylist! She's been my "hair-a-pist" since 2009, and I've loved every cut and foil she's done for me. She always steers me in the right direction when I'm having a hair conundrum. The salon is modern yet welcoming, and parking is a breeze! Highly recommend!

Jasmine is a great artist. She is brave enough to advice you something (if you ask so). It's not common for many people in the industry, believe me! I was pleasantly surprised of her colorist skills. BTW she is very nice and so friendly, and you'll have a good vibe for a whole day.

Just had the worst experience with Lisa Ericks at Plaza Salon. Just remember next time you go there, this person doesn’t care about her customers, as long as she’s booked for the next couple of weeks. I used to do my hair at Plaza before the pandemic. Used to leave Lisa 30-40% tips. Now she refused to service me. Plain and simple. This person doesn’t appreciate your business and has no gratitude. Spend your money where it matters!!!

Was wanting some lash extensions, so I came in to see Tara. She was professional, sweet and did a phenomenal job!! I also asked her to do my brows, and they look great too!! The salon is also very nice and the receptionist was kind.
