First time here and my massage with Beza was excellent. Love that there was a quick consult as it made me feel like I got the most out of the service since I came in with specific pain points. The spa space and staff were very nice. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great massage experience here in a nice location in Bellevue - my hubby and I did a couples massage here and had a good time we had some issues filling out our little questionnaire before starting the massage and that was probably just from technical difficulties on my end, but I felt like maybe we could’ve skipped it and the masseuse could’ve just asked me about any injuries and how I wanted the massage - but that’s my only complaint - otherwise the massage itself was great and felt so relaxed afterwards - will definitely be back for more!

Terrible Experience and Poor Customer Service We had a truly disappointing experience at this spa. My husband and I booked two massage sessions but discovered upon arrival that they didn’t have a male masseuse. I asked if my husband could use my slot instead and was assured by the staff that he could either take a longer session or come back later to redeem my coupon. Based on this confirmation, he took a massage, and we left satisfied with the arrangement. However, the next day, we received a rude call from the manager, claiming our Groupon had been marked as redeemed due to a "no-show." Despite explaining the prior arrangement with their staff, she dismissed us, stating it wasn’t her concern, we caused them a loss, and she didn’t want to waste any more of her time addressing the issue. This was by far the worst spa experience we’ve ever had. You expect to leave a spa feeling relaxed, but this ordeal left us frustrated and upset. There are many other places with far superior customer service—this one is not worth your time or money.

As a first time client for body massage at this place, It was a great experience. Jennifer and Anna are super-friendly and experts in their fields. Will definitely visit again.

Herban Therapies Spa has a beautiful atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff and very good prices and promos. I primarily have my lashes done and I am always happy, They are extremely professional. They take your care, comfort, and treatment very seriously. I continually find myself returning to Herban Therapies even though I no longer live or work in the area. I would strongly recommend them to one and all!

The place was nice and clean with fun ambient lighting, it was really cute inside. They were incredibly friendly and set me up with a drink while I waited for my appointment. They were great about making sure I got the lash style I wanted. The bed was heated, which is important for me because I get cold easy. It was a nice experience, I appreciate attention to detail.
