Love how convenient they are located and have amazing products. Got my kitsch Satin Pillow case without having to go to a mall or wait on shipping. Offered to try locating and ordering an item I've been searching for a while for which no other store has offered. Only thing I wish for is a bit of improvement with the Bellaire location on answered their phone a bit more. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely my new fave boutique shop.

First time ever to order from your shop. My order arrived in a box inside a box. No indication that what was inside might be of concern to the shipper to avoid heat. So, my box looked fine from the outside. However my order was in a smaller box inside the bigger shipping box and everything was covered in melted lotion and oily wax. I unwrapped everything and wiped off the wax and oils and of course the plastic containers were fine, but none of the beauty stones or lotion bars made it. I was really dissappointed. This was pricey. I hope youll look up my order and get back to me. I really like the hair conditioner and shampoo bars and love the body wash, but i really wanted to try the body lotion stones or lotion bars in the floral scents. They just melted into the cardboard box. It was a $350 Order. Thank you

I was so excited when the shop opened a few years ago and I have been a loyal customer ever since because of Ashley’s genuine care for her customers. She really listens to what you need and suggests products that could help. It’s so nice to be able to go into a store and test products on your own skin without having to go to an Ulta or Sephora or trust buying a product online without ever using it. The products are curated and there is something for everyone. The shop is one in a million and such a valuable addition to the Bellaire community. She also has a fantastic selection of clean and sustainable beauty products!
