THE NAILS & SPA - Baytown

I love this nail salon. I went here Saturday and got long red French tips. They look great! The lady who did my nails was very nice and quick. I haven’t done my nails in 2 years. I’ve been reluctant in finding a salon since I moved to Texas. My nails were pretty cheap too only 75! I will be coming back to do a refill!

Love my nails! The shape is beautiful. I give 4starts cause all tho the nails are great, I tipped the man, and I will return, the ma who did my nails seem mad or something, didn’t talk to me at all but talked to other people, and when it came to Color he just asked what color I wanted and got what he thought I wanted, after that he asked me to choose a color… I just hope next time I feel more welcomed considering I haven’t been to a nail salon in 3yrs since having kids. Will absolutely return to give another chance! Update:call to ask what happened. He basically kept cutting me off while talking and wasn’t taking accountability for "choosing the first color for me" or for "talking with all other customers but me " said he was sorry about my feeling rather than his actions. Probably won’t return now sadly…. His work was beautiful, all I wanted was better service and to not feel rushed or like a burden. If it was so late and he didn’t want to do my nail he could’ve said so. I even asked if they were still taking walk ins.

It was the first time being here and I loved the experience! I got a manicure and a pedicure and I loved the service. This will be my new spot for my nail maintenance. I loved how everyone was so kind and funny.

They have a brother/sister team their who are both amazing people. They always do my daughter and I nails. Super friend and fast

I’ve been here a few times and never had any problems but this last time I went (Friday, June 23rd) I got a full set of acrylics my nail tech was very nice. Although she did seem to be having trouble getting the fake nails to glue down and had to get a different type. And still was having trouble. My nails came out cute even though they weren’t exactly what I wanted nonetheless almost identical. Which wasn’t the problem. The problem is that after only 3 days they’ve started to lift. This has never happened before and i believe it has something to do with her prep and applying. I paid somewhat around $65 i didn’t expect them to only last around 3 days before lifting. Update: Davis was very kind and completely redid my nails, free of charge. He did a wonderful job. I appreciate him taking the time to fix them.

Awesome place! If you want your nails or toes done with the best quality then this is the place to go.
