I was randomly looking for a salon to complete my beauty day and saw this salon on Instagram. The booking was easy and explained all the details for each service thoroughly. When I arrived at the salon it was easy to find and it was very neat, clean and stylish. I got a silk press that was impressive by the salon owner Pam. She treated me like I have been there forever. She was very knowledgeable about caring for my natural hair and gave me info on how to care for my hair postpartum since having a baby recently. She was very gentle with my hair and did an amazing job. I can't wait to visit again. It was a pleasure to have my hair slayed by Pam.Thank you!!!

I recently had my first natural hair treatment at Salon Charisma, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I sat down, Pam took the time to have a pre-chair chat with me about my hair goals, which included some deep reflection on my hair identity and how I feel about my natural texture. It was such a thoughtful and welcoming way to start the experience. The entire treatment process felt incredibly calming and intentional. The wash and treatment were soothing, and every step was explained in detail. Pam was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions about hair health, offering great tips and insights throughout the appointment. She even did a thorough hair analysis, which made me feel seen and understood as a client. I left with not only healthier hair but also a deeper understanding of how to care for it moving forward. I’m always at peace when getting my hair done. Pam doesn’t rush when rendering my services. She caters to my hair needs. Pam is about healthy hair. She asked how do I want my hair and told her once "when I get out of this chair I just want to look beautiful", and I am. Pam is a THOUGHTFUL , CARING, GREAT LISTENER, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TIMLY, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE STYLIST. I highly recommend her treating your hair, you will not be disappointed.

Pam is wonderful! My daughter's first visit was like nothing we've ever experienced. We walked into a peaceful, clean, and tastefully decorated salon. Pam is friendly and professional. She introduced herself, we sat down and she thanked us for our business. She talked with my daughter and me to find out what we needed from her as a stylist and she told us what to expect. When we were done talking she gave her a cute robe to wear over her clothes and got started. This visit included a steam treatment, scalp exfoliation, trim, and silk press. We were only there for one hour and thirty to forty minutes. The next visit included a hydration treatment with the silk press and she was done in one hour! My daughter has thick hair past her shoulders and it looked amazing each time. The salon is peaceful and it's only Pam and one client. We didn't have to listen to extremely loud music or screaming kids. You walk in and get in the chair(my favorite part). I highly recommend this stylist/owner.
