I've gone to her for YEARS because the quality is UNMATCHED! No matter how many times I ruined my hair (not taking care of it properly), K.Rich was always able to restore it! I recommend her a million times over and would pay whatever she requests!
I would have been a new client here and i try to follow all of the 1000 rules that these Stylest have. I was there 30 min early and the shop looked dark still at 7:30 the time of my appointment. I texted the number on the door after re-reading the site. Its never about what you say but how you say it. She basically told me you should have read the instructions and told me what door to come into. Well then I was uncomfortable. She asked me was I canceling because I didn't follow instructions. No I'm canceling because she was rude as hell. I'm paying for a service. She act like she was paying me. She had an attitude from the start so why would I allow her in my head. No maam. I'll never book again. She won $57 that time. Never again.
My first experience was good at first but ended horribly. I booked an appointment with Paisley Fobb for the first time. 1st off it was hard to get her to set the appointment and secondly she never gave me a price for the services that I wanted beforehand. I asked her a total of 3 times and she avoided the question. I should have known thn something was fishy. Let me say, the salon itself is nice. Paisley is indeed talented but she definitely overcharges and that’s the reason she probably didn’t give me a price upfront. Her unprofessionalism overshadows her work. She also overbooks. She hardly ever responds to messages/texts but she reads them. When she does respond it’s days later. I’ve never in all my years of getting my hair done been charged $170 for a silk press, trim and a rinse. I asked her for a price break down and she never answered. I feel like she knows she overcharged me because she didn’t even respond! She’s very unprofessional. I won’t take away from her talent but she doesn’t handle business properly. So if you don’t mind being overcharged and you don’t care about professionalism, then Paisley might just be the stylist for you!
I went to Ms. Krishonne on 10/10/2020 to get my hair colored and silk pressed for my upcoming cap and gown pictures. When I arrived, she wasn’t there. When I texted her, she said she would be a few minutes late; I was understanding due to the bad weather that happened the night before, but 20 minutes was a long wait time. Especially since I had to be there for 7 and my drive from home was 40 minutes from the shop. I didn’t get the color I asked for; I asked for burgundy and gold, but walked out with red with a few highlights. However, I didn’t make a big deal about it because at the time I was shown my hair, it was pressed and curled; there was no turning back from there. Besides, I was satisfied with the press and the curls. Before leaving, I asked about how to properly take care of the color and she told me to just make sure I had conditioner and shampoo with moisturizer in it. After telling her the products I used, she said that was fine. My hair has been colored for a month. I washed my hair two weeks after it being dyed and my fingers were full of dye and the color was rinsing out. That has been the case every time I have washed it since then. I never had a permanent color to do that. So, I texted Ms. Krishonne this morning, 11/30/2020 to schedule an appointment for a silk press for my graduation next week. I was going to also use this time to voice my concerns about the color coming out during washing. However, she said she couldn't give me a price until seeing my hair and the length. However, I found that to be a bit odd considering she just did my hair last month. Once I mentioned that to her, she just said okay. I know I’m not the only customer she has had in the past month, but it would have been nice if she showed a little more interest in someone who spent $250 with her for services. Regardless if that’s a price she’s accustomed to receiving or not; each customer should be treated as valuable and not dollar signs. Long story short, her silk presses are beautiful; however her level of professionalism can be better. If you want someone to just do your hair and you don’t care about the stylist viewing you as a potential returning customer, K Rich is the place to go, but if you’re looking for a stylist to at least remember servicing you in the past 30 days, I wouldn’t recommend her.. (again, this is just my experience with her; others may have had a better experience than I did.) Be Blessed!
Krishonne does beautiful work! She is extremely professional & does not overbook appointments. She's also very passionate about her work.
I'm not a fan of weave, but I was desperate. She SLAYED my hair to the Gods. She is definitely passionate about her work!
The deposits should be transferable and there needs be an option to reschedule as long as it is done within the app.
