Janie has cut my hair for many years. I’m never disappointed. Even when I’ve wanted to change the style I can leave it up to her what will look best. She and Ken are welcoming and make you feel at home. Salon is always clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful salon. Janie and Ken go out of their way to accommodate every request I make. Ken is the best colorist in the city and I have gone to many. Janie gives me the best cut! I am never kept waiting when I arrive for an appointment and everyone makes me feel welcome. It is nice to have consistency and quality with every visit.

Ken has been styling my hair for about 10 years. He is so talented, I would not ever think of going to anyone else. I get many compliments on my hair. The salon is stylish and clean and everyone is so friendly and professional I highly recommend Janie and Ken.

An outstanding hair and makeup salon. I have been going to JKL for nearly 2 years, and continue to be even more satisfied each time. Styles are created for the client after consultation which make you feel and look great -- I see Janie. Ken is renowned for being the best colorist in town. Janie and Ken are the husband/wife owners and they are always on top of the latest hair products and treatments. All staff are friendly and professional. Most important, appointments are kept on time. For the first time in my life, I have actually had men and women come up to me and say how great my silver hair looks, perhaps attributed to the new JKL glaze treatment.
