Kim’s Day Spa provides great customer service and value based on our repeat experiences. The pedicures and manicures are reasonably priced. We have experienced that all of the technicians take their time and to ensure that our feet and hands are very well cared for. Love them!!!

Didn't feel great about choosing to go here when there were two towels on the welcome mat - which stayed there throughout my visit. Makes me wonder about overall cleanliness. Manicure and pedicure were adequate for the price, not great. I'm from a big city and I pay less and get more (for example, paraffin on my heels with the basic pedicure). Also regarding the price, the sign said a basic manicure was $20+ and the pedicure was $35+. When I asked why I was charged $25 for the manicure, I was told it was for the polish, but I wasn't charged extra for the polish on my pedicure. This is arbitrary and makes no sense. Nail polish is generally assumed to be part of these services.

I got a pedicure here last week and it was amazing! They were very thorough with a scrub and exfoliation. My toenails look great a week later with no chipping. I would definitely book an appointment since they are busy but everything was perfect and I left happy

Loved this place! This was my first gel manicure and I think Kim Day Spa will forever have my business for all other gel manicures. We walked in without an appointment and were seated promptly. The guys helping us were kind and helpful and their English was very clear. We had great communication with them. While he was starting on my nails, I showed him the time and said, "My meter runs out in 20 minutes. Do I need to go and put money in now before we get too far into this?" And he said, "I'll have you done in 19." And he did! It took exactly 19 minutes! He even let me run out and put more money on the meter before paying for my manicure. When I came back and paid, I asked if I could put a tip on my credit card (I don't carry cash or debit). He said no, unfortunately, and I felt bad because I had no way to tip him. (That would be my biggest critique: they should allow for tips on credit cards. However, they did have an ATM so that's helpful if you carry debit.) He didn't give me any hard time for it and said with a smile, "No worries. Next time." I just really liked their attitude and their willingness to work with you and not nickel and dime you. I've had my nails done at places that are very strict and Kim Day Spa was not like that at all. I am loving my manicure and will probably come back!

Update 01SEP25: This place has improved dramatically since my last update. It is now my regular go to place and consistently awesome. I only go for Pedicures, but some friends in my group also get manicures... And are always satisfied. Ample supply of wine is a nice perk too. Bumped up to 5 stars. Update 15APR24: +1 Star. Despite not replying to this review, it seems it was received and read by management. I can never remember the new managers name, but she spoke with me and apologized for offering a service they weren't able to fully provide on the last visit. The two of us both had an excellent experience and hope this holds true going forward. ********************************************** Update 29FEB24: since my original review, I have been here numerous times for pedicures. I *really* want to like this place, but the experience is so inconsistent. I have had great visits and poor visits. I'm reducing my rating by a star simply for this reason. Today was a good example why. I did not schedule and walked in. I always get deluxe pedicures because that always seems to get me more foot and calf massage time, with a bonus of numerous chemicals making my man feet nice. I was informed today only basic pedis were available, and my counterpart and I had to share the same (delightful) lady sliding back and forth working on both of us in intervals. Do I feel my basic pedi overall was bad? No. Do I feel I got my money's worth? Definitely not. I honestly would have been more impressed had they said staffing was inadequate and you should use one of the two competitors within a 2 minute walk of the place. ********************************************** This was my first time here. It's very close to where I live and recommended by several folks. We tried it out, but I think the error was our timing. We went late morning and the only two employees were two men. Very polite, but certainly the most basic pedi a person could expect for either of us. The upgraded "spa" pedi was not offered, and I'm glad we didn't request it as it was an extremely quick ordeal that had they of not been setting up other customers and answering phone calls, would have lasted maybe 20-25 minutes. They did say all the normal staff were out shopping, so I assume this was just husband's filling in. I will give it one more try, but my first experience was pretty underwhelming.

Quality service with great pricing. Everyone who works here is also extremely nice!! I always enjoy my time when I get my nails done here 🙂

This is my monthly go to! I discovered the salon which is only 2 blocks away from my workplace during a lunchtime scroll. The first experience was a lasting experience. I get an overlay and #3 pedicure with paraffin wax, the besttt!! I have small finger beds so being able to properly shape my nails is a task for a seasoned professional. Thankfully I have found seasoned professionals here. Calm and settled environment.
