Review for Sarah at Serenity Hair Salon This was my last visit to Serenity Hair Salon with Sarah. I went in for a gray touch-up and additional highlights and asked for the same result as my first visit. I clearly and repeatedly expressed my concerns, specifically that I did not want brassy, orange, or yellow tones. Unfortunately, the results were disastrous. After spending 8 hours in the chair, the first attempt left my hair orange. Sarah said she would fix it, but it then turned yellow. Even after all that time, my gray was not fully covered, and my hair was left fried and yellow. Sarah charged $280 for a result that was nowhere near what I requested or what was previously done. Based on the outcome, the work appeared inexperienced and amateur. Sarah needs much more practice, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure expectations are very clear—better yet, consider another stylist. Photos show the difference between my first visit and the results from this appointment.

Shary did a wonderful job on my mans hair! He is very picky, and he loved his hair! His hair is very unique and she did a great job doing a clean cut, and she is so kind:)

Melanie did an amazing job on my daughters hair today. Showed her a photo of what she wanted and came out way better than expected! Melanie has a great personality and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Prices are great too plus she was so helpful with after treatments and tips on how to maintain the masterpiece! I haven’t been to a hair salon in over 20 years because of previous bad experiences. I think it’s because not everyone knows how to work with curly hair. I finally decided to go and get a hair consultation. Bobby the hairstylist recommended that I get the permanent straightening over the highlights since I always straighten my hair. I can honestly say I had a really good experience. He explained the whole process and he really took his time ensuring that my hair would come out the way I hoped for. My hair came out looking better than I expected and it even feels healthier. I’m absolutely happy with my hair and I will definitely be going back from now on.

Shary fixed my boyfriends bad haircut and was incredible. You can tell she is passionate and knowledgeable about her work. She even gave me a free bang trim before we left. Her pricing is very reasonable for how great she is. We will for sure be coming back.

I had a haircut with Shary last week. She is amazing. She listens carefully what you may like and is expert at her job. Very reasonable and fair price. Highly recommend her.
