Very professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. She clearly knows what she’s doing and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and well-organized from start to finish. Her attention to detail and expertise really show in her work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality service—my hair turned out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

update to response: wth? how would you know what number i’ve called from when you don’t even know who i am? anyone can see my account is a mix of negative and positive reviews from my own experiences over the years here in colorado. i called the number listed, as i said, throughout the last few weeks more than once and i was able to reach no one directly nor did anyone call me back and have absolutely no reason to lie about this when i’m the one who has been looking for services. this response back is absolutely wild. your last positive review was also from 7 months ago. i have called this number multiple times to try to make sure they’re open and get more information on services but have not received a call back even after leaving a message. the phone number is a google voice number, which is also surprising for a shop that’s advertising as open. :/ Being able to see that you can book online but not reach anyone at the shop directly is extremely sketchy…especially with not even being able to get a callback from anyone overall.

I booked a Shampoo + Cut appointment with Juliana and she did an absolutely wonderful job with my 3b/3c curls. This is the first time I've ever been to a salon to have my hair cut, and Juliana really made the process worry-free! We had great conversation and she answered all of my hair-related questions thoughtfully. She even followed up with me the day after my appointment with tips and product suggestions to keep my hair healthy at home! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lakewood folks -- she's WORTH the I-25 drive to Aurora!!
