Extremely Disappointed and Overcharged I recently took my three children to this salon for manicures and pedicures, specifically choosing this place because they used to have kid-friendly chairs. When we arrived, I was told the chairs were no longer available, but since we were already there, I decided to stay, hoping it would still be a good experience. I ended up getting two manicures and three pedicures because I took my little boy to get his feet cleaned I didn’t want him to feel left out. Unfortunately, it was anything but a good experience. From the start, I felt rushed while my girls were choosing colors, and the staff spoke in their language the entire time, laughing and glancing in our direction, which made me uncomfortable. When they asked about which pedicure option I wanted, I felt that what they offered was excessive for a child’s foot and more suited for an adult. To make matters worse, the water for the pedicures was cold, and the overall service felt rushed and incomplete. They only trimmed the nails, pushed back the cuticles, and gave a quick massage that lasted less than two minute. I was shocked to discover that they had a kids’ section in their pricing book that listed $20 for a pedicure and $12 for a manicure. However, I was charged $30 per pedicure and $15 per manicure. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told it was because my children sat in adult chairs an explanation that made no sense, especially since they no longer had the kid friendly chairs. To make matters worse, they rushed through the service because they were about to close, which resulted in my kids’ nails not drying properly and getting smudged. They didn’t even offer to fix them. I felt completely overcharged and misled. Later, I called my regular nail salon to compare prices and was quoted $10 for a kids’ manicure and $25 for a pedicure, which would have totaled $95. Instead, I was charged $117 here it was originally supposed to be $120, but after I courteously pointed out that they skipped several steps in the service, they took off $2 This left me feeling extremely upset. I’m not a confrontational person and don’t like to argue or make a scene, so I left holding back how I truly felt. However, this entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. If they no longer offer kids’ pricing, they should update their pricing book and communicate that to customers instead of misleading them. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or honest pricing.

This is the only nail bar I go to. Pam, Twin, and Kimmy are incredible and I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner is a DOLL and always is so sweet and gets me in quick. The girls are so skilled and gentle. Highly recommend for any occasion. Very very clean and gorgeous inside.

Worst experience. Worst nails so far. Facts only: 40 minute total time. I asked to have my tips removed. They said no. I asked if they could do black and brown. They said no. I asked for the same shape (almond) I got round, duck bills. Rude. I slid my chair back because my toes were bent at a 90 degree angle against the bowl and she looked up at me and immediately put my chair back. They asked me if everything was ok. I told them no. She said ok. Paint on toes does’t go to edges. No sanitation between clients. No speaking to you, only conversation around you. I will never be back and I encourage others to do the same. $108 wasted!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I am entirely displeased with my manicure. I came here as a treat with my mother and sister to get our nails done as an outing together which we rarely have due to my sister’s health complications. First off, as we walked in, the staff were out of order and said some snide, insulting comments towards how short my mother’s nails were when she is a professional violinist and has to keep them short for her job. They made rude comments in a foreign language multiple times and the lady working my nails kept trying to pressure me for nail art, I politely declined however, she kept insisting. It’s been about a week now and all my nails are chipped, cracked, and lifting. At first it was only my middle finger which I got redone at another nail salon (as seen in picture). Also, the plaza in which this is located in, has had many break ins and theft recently. I won’t be coming back!!

The 5 stars are for the nail tech, Nancy. This was my first time coming to this shop and I was completely satisfied with my nails. Nancy took her time and my nails turned out exactly how I like them. Thanks Nancy 🙂 Now, the lady that works the front desk [ on 3-25] is a little rough. Poor customer service at the door is a big turn off. 2 stars for the front desk! One positive mention about her, she told me the wait was 45 mins but it ended up being only about 20 mins.

I've been coming here for a couple years and LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!! Twin is an amazing nail tech and can recreate any look with a touch of her creative. Jessica will have you in foot heaven while doing your pedicure. I called a week ago to plan a cousins spa day for 13 people and they were gracious enough to open up 30mins early to accommodate us. The employees came in early just to take care of my family. I highly suggest Bellagio Nail Bar!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR SNS! I came here a week and a half ago and had an extremely wonderful experience. The pedicurist did a phenomenal job and I walked out with my toes and SNS being extremely satisfied. Within 2 days, all of my SNS began to chip off. This has made me constantly angry, feeling a tinge of wasted money everytime I see them. They tried to get me to write my google review when i left, but I am very glad I waited. I will not be going back to Bellagio and I will actively not recommend them to anyone I meet.
