Panora is unbelievably good at what she does. I’ve been going to her for over 10 visits now and I’ve been consistently happy every single time. After my first 10 visits, I even received a gift—which is such a thoughtful touch. She rewards you with a gift every 10 visits, which really shows how much she appreciates her clients. My lashes last so long—almost a full month if I wanted to stretch it, but I usually come in every two weeks. She’s super quick, thorough, and precise, and my lashes always look amazing. I would absolutely recommend Sumi Lashes—Panora is my favorite lash artist, hands down!

I’ve been to manyyyy eyelash extension places but here they have many different options and explain each design to you. They even have hard (probably the norm of eyelash extensions right now and hurt like crazy if one gets in your eye) vs soft lashes which I did not know even existed and apparently fall off less than hard! (and after trying soft I love it so much more than the hard/ the norm, it literally is so soft and flexible and feels so much more like eyelashes), and less irritation :000 the hard I’m so used to it being there but trying out the soft I’m realizing I don’t even feel/notice it there cuz it’s so lightweight/soft. Like wow technology. And THEN the price is unbeatable to other places, like it’s so good. They hooked my attention with the $50 new comers first time while I was driving by. I saw a review that said the bed could be comfier (it’s more of a flat firm bed) so I was worried but I think it’s the Asian side of me but I actually liked and preferred that as well lmao, And on TOP of all that I got a whole brand new set and it only took 1.5 hours whereas usually other places I’ve been to, the FASTEST would be 1.5 hours for a REFILL if I got lucky and got a good tech. (Besides saving time, I also get fidgety and wake up after 1.5 hours so I need this) On top of that as well, they explained and showed me each length and how it would look on me after I laid down, (other places never explained length, type of design, and honestly just winged it according to what I said) but I got to see in detail which length specifically I like in the moment and looks good on me. So I feel much more knowledgeable on what I’m getting and what I’m expecting. I took a break for the first time this year from eyelash extensions after doing it continuously for over 8 years, so getting it done again yesterday I was nervous but got such a better experience than I have ever gotten (and my previous place was the best price and place around that I knew) but now sumi lash beat even THAT other place I used to go to so I’m SOLD. I will be coming back.

I’ve been consistently getting my lashes done for about 6-7 years, I’m very picky and my eyes are very sensitive. I’ve tried MANY different places and MANY different eyelash technicians and from all my experience THIS place is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I’ve tried 2 technicians, Nancy & Aliya Wang and both are incredible. Nancy will give u a more natural look and Aliya will give u a more fuller dramatic look which is what I like. Anyways u can’t go wrong coming here, they’re SO GENTLE u don’t feel anything during the process, you MUST BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW!! u won’t regret it ❤️‍🔥

I got an eyelash extension with Hanny. I am SO satisfied with the results and her services. She is so gentle, nice and fast. She answered all my questions and recommended the perfect style that I wanted. I like how she explained and walked me through her recommendations based on my eye shape. I am so happy to find a technician who was fast, thorough and professional. The price is affordable, and the facility was really clean and calming. She recommended single mink-elegant shape and the entire process took about one hour. Highly recommended.

All the workers were very nice and patient when you are explaining the lashes you want, they do a quick job and make sure they’re gentle with you. Very calming

Unacceptable Experience - Won’t Be Returning I’ve been traveling from Phoenix, Arizona to Sumi Lashes in Cerritos, California every three weeks because I initially had a great experience. The first visit was excellent, but things went downhill after that. On my second visit for a 1.5-week fill, Nancy glued the lashes way too close to my lash line and even attached them to the previous extensions, causing painful overlapping. I had to have the entire set removed by a lash artist in Arizona soon after. Last week, I went back and booked a one-week fill since I had just gotten a wispy set done in Arizona. To my frustration, Sumi Lashes booked me for a four-week fill and gave me a volume set, despite my request for wispy. Considering that my existing lashes were already wispy, it was especially irritating to receive volume when that wasn’t what I needed or wanted. The mix-up was baffling, particularly since my previous set with them was 3D, but this time I clearly did not want volume. The service I received from Lynn was disappointing, and the lash extensions caused pain, which was a far cry from the quality I had previously experienced. It’s frustrating to fly to another state for lash services and be met with poor customer service and subpar results. I won’t be returning, and I disputed the transaction with my bank because this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
