Nilou and Nadia are absolutely wonderful. I have the oiliest skin in the world and Nadia makes me feel so comfortable and safe with every facial. I usually need extractions (she will assess your skin, and really look at what your skin needs) even though extractions are harder, Nadia goes above and beyond and helps me be comfortable. She takes her time and the space is very safe and comfortable. The chair you lay on IS SO COMFY, I always fall asleep when they steam my pores!!!! It’s so easy to schedule with Dean also, this spa is fast at responding to my appointment requests! Highly recommend Nilou and Nadia to anyone with a face. You will see results!

I’ve been coming to Nilou MedSpa for about a year now, and it’s become a regular part of my self‑care routine. Nadia handles my monthly facials and back facials, and she’s fantastic - thorough, consistent, and really attentive to my skin. The extractions can be a little rough, but she uses numbing gel and takes her time, which makes it totally manageable. Nilou does my eyebrows, and she always gets them right, especially when I need a quick clean‑up. The space is clean, calming, and professional, and I always feel taken care of from the moment I walk in. I’m planning to start laser hair removal with them soon because I trust the quality of their work. Love this place - reliable, detailed, and genuinely great at what they do.

Nilou is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment you walk into Nilou MedSpa, you feel an immediate sense of calm. She uses top-quality products and is incredibly knowledgeable, with truly magical hands. She takes extra time to ensure everything is done thoroughly and thoughtfully explains each step along the way. On top of that, she’s so easy and fun to talk to that you almost forget you’re even having a procedure done. So many of my friends go to her, and I finally decided to experience it myself, now I completely understand why. I’m officially hooked. She’s simply the best. ✨

I just walked out of a deluxe HydraFacial with Nadia and am glowing! The bed was comfortable and warm, and the experience was so relaxing. Nadia started with cleansing, exfoliation, and extraction. Then she used the HydraFacial machine. Afterward, she applied two masks (during which she set me under an oxygen chamber and LED lights). The neck and shoulder massage was also greatly appreciated. I would definitely go again, and highly recommend Nadia!

So so so so good! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly. And the service... couldn't ask for better! Nilou did my Oxygen Facial walking me through what the steps were at the beginning and at each point. Every step was so enjoyable and refreshing. The face and neck massage was the best I've had. Left GLOWING.

What a great business! I was introduced to Nilou by my sister and ever since I have continued to go back! I go to Nilou to get extractions and facials from the amazing woman herself Nadia! She is super nice and always takes care of me and doing her best to make me feel comfortable! The staff and environment is also very welcoming. I also buy their facial products, which have helped my face tremendously. I have hormonal and a bit of cystic acne before coming and these products, in addition to the extractions, were one of the few I found that helped control my breakouts. It’s been a journey but patience is key and I trust in Nadia’s work!
