Miracles Salon

I’ve been to Miracles twice now and have been really happy both times. Both the shampoo assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) and my stylist, Zhen, were very sweet and made me feel welcome. Zhen did a great job and gave me the exact cut I was looking for both times! The quality is far above what I would expect for the price, which is really quite reasonable for this area. Would definitely recommend checking them out. I will be back again in a few months 🙂

The Shampoo tech was great shout-out to her, the stylist I had was Kacey(?), I asked for a shag and she gave me like 2 layers for something that required several. I told her I wanted more, and she gave me another, with a picture to reference you should be able to follow what your customer wants more precisely without constantly asking 'is this enough" I was told I could just walk in, but made an appointment. my stylist comes in the store with her lunch (maybe tell me to come a little later so a girl can eat?), she did nothing to make me feel like she wasn't in a rush to have her lunch. She did a half ass job on my haircut, I proceeded to go home and cut and add more layers myself since the stylist didnt bother to follow what I showed her. I was charged for a blowout and haircut, the "blowout" was laughable. my hair was not cut to what I wanted and they made me feel like I was just some money for them to make instead of a client to help maintain and have return. also, they told me I could get my roots done on the phone then the stylist told me in person she couldn't do them. so unprofessional, ridiculous things almost every step from this team. Just felt lazy overall and not very polished when it comes to customer service skills. will not be returning.

We came to Miracles salon in need of a miracle and that’s what we got! My daughter had colored her naturally blonde hair red months prior and, while it initially looked beautiful, it had begun to fade and the roots grew out. She wanted to go back to her natural color for prom, however, we went to a salon and the stylist put green in her hair which only made it worse. We called Miracles and spoke to the owner, Niko, who instructed us to send photos and stop by for a consult. He was so warm and funny, which helped to set us at ease. At the same time, he was very honest and tempered our expectations as far as what she could expect and what was needed (to go darker) in order to get the best result and spare further damage to her hair. In the end, it wasn’t the color she had been hoping for, but it was what was necessary to cover up the mess that had been made prior. She looked beautiful at the dance and we will come back in a few weeks so Niko can start transitioning her back to blonde, slowly and safely. Very happy and grateful!

They got me in on short notice. I have extremely compromised hair due to another stylist and this stylist was very gentle with my hair. Lona did a great job.

I love this place. I recommended a friend here and it’s her regular salon now as well. I came here once in 2019 (then moved out of state) and back to DC and have been going ever since. This salon and their stylists are just as perfect as I remember. Lona always cuts my hair and she’s incredible! She does an amazing job at looking at a picture and replicating exactly what you ask for.

After 2yrs searching of incredibly disappointing and overpriced haircuts, I dropped in to Miracles after work one day with low expectations. Since that day in 2019, I book an appointment every couple months, and have loved every cut/coloring/etc since. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Voula & Nico (coowners) have created a business with both love and skill.

My whole family has been going to Miracles Salon for many years, and we’ve always had a great experience. The team is professional, friendly, and very consistent in the quality of their work. We really appreciate how welcoming they are and how they take the time to understand exactly what each person wants. Whether it’s haircuts, color, or styling, we always leave happy with the results. It’s a reliable salon with a great atmosphere and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good salon in Arlington.
