I asked only for a trim dead ends the lady gave me layered on bottom when I pull my sides to the sides looks like bob I didn’t asked for a bob thanks a lot of nothing pony tail un even .I trusted her she said 17yrs of experience .now I gota pay some one else to fix your mistakes all un even hair cut Gloria was the name of the person .when she blow dry my hair she pulled my hair with brush she face me away from the mirror as well . GOD don’t like ugly.

I had an Appointment for hair color and the lady did not know what she was doing. Then she tried to charge me and outrageous price for only a touch up. Is very very unprofessional and dirty. The lady had me to sit in a chair where they were just cutting somebody else's hair and didn't sweep first.

I was I Arlington visiting family. I needed a haircut and just happened to find this place. It's brand new. They had no problem fitting me in, I got one of the best haircuts I've ever had. The people in there were extremely friendly. I just wish they were where I lived. Because I'd go there every month to get my haircuts.

Ridiculous i been waiting for a dam hour... and the people who came after me is already done and with their dam haircuts. This hasnt happened before. This is my 3rd time here. But this is the last. I really think they need a paper to write down names. So they can know who is next.

Elisa is a wonderful stylist takes her time and really gives you a great haircut especially fades I went to hair 2000 it sucked horribly but I found Elisa and she is very professional and very good at styling hair
