I highly recommend BG’s hair salon! I came in desperate after a color disaster elsewhere. My hair was so brassy and yellow. BG personally stepped in and performed a swift color correction. Her expertise is unmatched and she truly worked a miracle. She explained everything and made me feel totally comfortable. I walked out with the perfect color I wanted all along. If you need a skilled colorist and great service, this is the place to go!

I meant to share this review sooner! I had very long hair that I’ve been growing for over a year, my hair takes its sweet time to grow. Finally, I decided it was time for a haircut and booked an appointment with Anna. She immediately understood how much effort had gone into growing my hair. I explained that I’m a new mom and just wanted a trim that looked good without daily styling, and definitely not too short (I’ve had bad experiences before with haircuts that ended up like a bob!). Anna listened carefully and delivered exactly what I wanted, a stylish cut with a flattering length. My hair feels so light and refreshing now. Thank you, Anna, for truly listening to my needs, you’re amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back and making this my go-to salon. Reasonably priced and well kept salon I may add 😊

I have never left a hair salon crying until I got my hair done by Zeynep. For context, I have naturally black hair and came in for a root touchup since the rest of my hair was already dyed brown. I told her I wanted to touch up my roots with a dark brown color to match my ends. She told me the color might not match exactly and I said that was fine. She then brought me over to the hair washing station and immediately started applying the color. No other questions or visual confirmation. An hour later, I return to the chair and see that my hair is now black all over! I told her that I wanted to touch up my roots with a dark brown to match the rest of my hair. She said she thought I meant "match the rest of my hair to my root color." Who comes to a hair salon asking for an "ends touch up"?! I asked her if it was possible to fix this. She said she would have to charge me for it as it isn’t her fault. Maybe double check the color before applying it? At least show me a sample of what color she’d be applying, especially if she knew it wouldn’t "match exactly." Now I’m out $120 and am going to have to pay additional money elsewhere to get it color corrected since I was not offered any complimentary service to at least undo the damage that was done here. Terrible communication and even worse customer service. If you come here, ask for anyone but Zeynep. My friend came here and had her hair done by Anna, who did an amazing job and was apparently very communicative and detailed.

BG fit me in quickly for a haircut and did a fabulous job. She checked that everything was just how I wanted at every step of the way, was thorough and efficient, and is so kind! The wash, cut, and blow dry was only $65 before tip. I highly recommend BG's and I'm so happy to have a go-to salon now!

I've been going to Zeynep for years for haircuts and love her. Both her and Anna know how to cut thick, long, curly hair well. I have also gotten Brazilian blowouts here and have been super happy with the results

My favorite salon I've ever been to. Zeynep is seriously amazing. She fixed my hair when I needed a color correction last minute before a wedding, and turned me to a beautiful blonde! Her work is simply art. Beautiful service and results!

Anaturk is the best! I’ve been going to her for 4 years now, and before I found her, my hair was so damaged and even burned. She completely saved my hair. Now it’s healthy, shiny, and long! She’s the best colorist I’ve ever been to and incredible with haircuts. Every visit is such a great experience, and I always leave the salon feeling happy and confident.
