Nee Yuan's Permanent Beauty LLC

I did lip color tatto with nee, she promised me her work would last up to 10 years and sure thing here I am 7 years later still reciving complements on my lips lol I love this lady!!!! It was extremely painful to be honest I guess others are stronger than me but I definitely recommend 100%

Nee does an amazing job on permanent makeup. I have had my eyeliner done as well as eyebrows and it makes me look like I always have a touch of makeup on so I always look a little bit more pulled together than I actually am 😂😂. I highly recommend Nee, She does some great work, has been doing this for many years and has tons of experience, you are in good hands

Good Morning Nee I was your 3:30 apt last Monday. I just wanted you to know that I had hardly any swelling and the healing process was quite speedy. I have been saying some truly really great things about you to my friends and family about my cosmetic eye liner, the process, the length of the appointment, our conversation, etc. It was a pleasure meeting you AND thank you! I think at least three people will be giving you a call because they now want their eye liner done too. 😉 btw ... I LOVE THE RESULTS!

I had an amazing experience with Nee and get compliments all the time on my brows! She did a wonderful job and they are lasting much better than my first attempt with microblading! I could not be happier!!! I also had my eyeliner done- top and bottom lids with water line. This looks amazing as well, exactly what I wanted. I was warned that waterline is painful, and my body reacted accordingly! I instinctively pulled away(so sorry Nee!!!) But Nee maintained my head and her precision! She was patient with me and professional throughout! I was frustrated with myself for not being able to resist my urge to pull away- but she just kept working and made the cleanest lines! She is strong and precise!! I am quite a bit bigger than Nee and she kept my head and lids in place while working the lines for the eyeliner. I am so happy with her work! I no longer have to worry about eyeliner- my itchy watery eyes are less irritated by not using makeup, and I don't have to worry about wiping it off or smudging it all over! I don't have to think twice about my brows either!!! I recommend Nee a million times over!!

Nee is very precise with her work. She is very nice & friendly. I just got my eyebrows micro bladed & am ready to schedule my eyeliner next! Nee does the BEST work I've ever seen! (I am very picky & a Cosmetologist.) I feel like I've known her for a long time, but we just met today. Nee is a blessing to people looking for Makeup Tattoos & is a true Artist! I love Nee! She changed my life! (I had bald eyebrows.)

Nee is the best! She did my eyebrows today and it turned out perfect!!! The shape is perfect for my face. I’m so happy I don’t need to spend so much time doing my eyebrows everyday before work. I would post pictures but there’s no option to post pictures here. If you want your eyebrows done perfectly go to Nee! You won’t regret it.

I'm newer to the Appleton area and have been wanting to get my eyebrows done for years now. I based my choice to go to Nee solely off her website and reviews from others alone and was NOT disappointed! She's amazing and my eyebrows look SO good. I can't wait to go back in for my touch up. Nee was super easy to talk to, her studio is super clean and gorgeous, and you can't beat her price. Highly recommend her!!
