I got microneedling done with Danielle and she is so personable and great! Communication was prompt and professional, treatment wasn’t rushed, and she made me comfortable all throughout our time together. She’s also very reasonably priced for the level of service she provides! Highly recommend!

I have a lot of package online after getting my package. I called for two days. No one answered until I finally got a text upon the text. It seemed great when asking for an early service. The person became a bit less nice. She confirmed an appointment with me at seven in the morning. She waited about 20 minutes before she said OK I booked you knowing that if I were to cancel, I had to pay a fee I said OK thank you I’ll see you then. Mind you I did not say yes for the time 20 minutes later, she just confirmed to herself, so I just said I’ll take it as a days came by the day before she texted me around 11 at night. I was late to my appointment and when I called and said I’m so sorry I’m very close to you. Is there anyway I can make up for the time I took that in consideration that I was late and I respected and apologized and said I’ll pay the late fee to reschedule. All she did was send me a text to send her the money through Zelle from the number she’s texting as we’re texting. She’s screening and saying I could’ve had other businesses done the day before and I woke up super early just to come see you at seven in the morning as I mentioned I did apologize but her screening my conversations and saying that I’m ruining her business in time was not professional. I have apologized to her and I explained I’m willing to pay the fee to reschedule, but the simple fact that she was throwing her business information at me and screaming stuff and joking about it was not OK so now I have to lose money too and not get service because of how rude this person was I say this is a customer standpoint. I understand I was wrong for showing up late but to book someone when they didn’t tell you yes and confirm it knowing that there’s a fee makes us know that we all have to pay a fee if we don’t get to make it and then screening and sending messages and being rude about the situation and making it seem, we were less than what she did not respond to me after conversation back-and-forth with her and being professional she was not you will lose customers like that and it might not matter, but in the long run, I won’t be the only one sending this Message

I’ve had a great experience with Danielle and have been back to see her three times! I’ve received so many compliments on my skin since I’ve been coming in to see her and I highly recommend her for anyone who simply wants to look their best 🙂

Finally, I remembered to leave a review! Danielle displays great professionalism & thoroughly provides detailed formation on her service(s). I have been looking for sometime & decided to give her a try. My first impression was so positive! Read on… Recently, I had booked facials & lip injections. My first facial session, she took the time to explain what she would be doing & at the end, she provided recommendations of her other services. The one thing that stood out the most to me was that she did not force her other services - simply informed me of them & I made the choice to schedule future appointments. I had to try the lip injections. I’ve always wanted to have natural fuller-looking lips. My lips are not very thin & Danielle was confident in achieving what I was requesting. I received many compliments from my friends & co-workers; even during the healing process. I definitely recommend to anyone to at least give Danielle a try. Prices are very reasonable. For everyone who says it’s to costly, don’t do it, be ugly. 😅 Danielle is running her own busy & she has obligations with deadlines to meet; just like we all do. Thank you, Danielle, for being so friendly, flexible, & professional. I will make sure to spread the word in LuLu Spa! Update: I found an pic from earlier this year & you can see how much fuller my lips are! Thank you, Danielle, for being experienced & providing what I asked for (& not trying to sell me on anything extra) My advise is to just make the appointment & she will make you beautiful.

Danielle is so friendly and professional, she explained everything perfectly. We talked while she was doing the procedure, and that helped me relax a bit. I love my results! I would definitely go back to her 🙌🏼 thank you Danielle!!!
