Kim Nails

New owner, the worst service I had ever, they don't have the enough colors, they use wherever they want. 3 hours there for a incomplete pedicure, my daughter wanted square nails and they made them coffin, so I told the lady, that she didn't like them and she started yelling at me and started taking them off. My other daughter got pedicure too and the polish started chipping within less than an hour.

Am I very disappointed. I told the lady what I wanted and she ended up doing something completely different. When I told her that it wasn’t what I wanted she got mad and started yelling at us with two other women. They were extremely rude. Even the lady before me wasn’t satisfied with her nails and she complained about it too. Not only did she do a terrible job but she left a hole on my nail. Very unprofessional and they have the worst service. Not worth the $38 dollars that I paid.🤦🏻‍♀️😒

The lady doing my mom's nails hurt her fingers, every single one of them! my mom didnt tell me until later. Her fingertips are burned! One of her nails is super crooked. She kept yanking of some acrylic hurting the top of some of her nails as well! If i could give them negative stars i definitely would! Not nice either super rude and short with people. Just HORRIBLE!

Lady rushed while doing my pedicure. She also cut me twice.

One of the dirtiest nail salons I’ve ever experienced. No sterilization of tools at all. I watched the nail tech pull her tools out of a dirty make up bag which I’m sure have been used on other clients for who knows how long. The sink to wash your hands is a nasty basin that looks like it used to wash clothes. There were no paper towels. I asked for French acrylic nails And she started it by putting clear tips on (Which is fine and what I’m used to) Then after talking to her friend in Vietnamese she decided they were the wrong tips and needed to apply white tips and proceeded to tear them off of my nail bed. She filed my cuticle several times with the drill and left them bloody. She also nicked under my nail bed and left that bleeding as well. Considering that she’s using dirty tools and is drawing blood that makes me very paranoid. Very nice person… But definitely not somebody I would come back to to have my nails done in this lifetime!

First time at the salon and was very disappointed with the service. The lady who was doing my pedicure seemed to be in a rush to get it done even though there were no people waiting. The whole pedicure took about 20 minutes. As soon as the lady put the top coat on she put on my sandals and asked me to stand up from the spa chair. She didn't even wait a little for my nails to dry. Never coming back.

I had the powder dip on Saturday it's Monday and the polish bubbling and coming off. My daughter had acrylics and one broke already also the polish is coming off. We were not impressed. No wonder they didn't have customers.
