I have so much to say about this nail place. I'm honestly ashamed of myself for being a customer of 3+ years and not leaving a review until now. First and foremost, I have never had a negative experience at M2 Nail Lounge. Even if there was a small issue, everyone there was immediately available to help me and fix it. I have had the following nail techs: Winnie, Alice, and Andie. All of them have done a fantastic job. Each one has a gift at their own craft. I love that their lounge is clean and the color options are endless. Due to the high quality and service they provide, I only have to get my nails done once a month. All my friends and family have been referred here and have had wonderful experiences as well.

Alice always delivers! Any reference I bring, she always nails it. They have a lot of different gel, cat eye, chrome gel colors and each manicurist does a good job at base and prep also, so my designs always last a while. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good nail place!

Been coming here for over a year and I always see Shelly. Whether it’s regular gel, cateye, or designs, she creates it exactly like the inspo picture. She’s thorough and makes sure everything is as I like it, and also provides great recommendations when I’m not sure about a color. The entire process is quick and painless (no burning), with stunning results and not too pricey! Highly recommend Shelly and M2.

I recently had an appointment with Yuki. I want to start by saying that she did a great job on my nails the quality of her work was excellent, and I truly appreciated her skill and attention to detail. However, I left the salon feeling uncomfortable because of something she said during my visit. She made a comment in Chinese implying that I was "complicated" or "wanting too much," not realizing that I could understand her. While I value honest communication, I believe such remarks should never be made in front of a client, especially when it can feel disrespectful or dismissive. I am sharing this feedback not to diminish her work, but to express how the attitude and words used made my otherwise great experience less pleasant. I hope this can be addressed so that future visits can be both professionally and personally positive.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Alice for over a year now, and she never disappoints. Her skill and attention to detail are incredible, and she always helps me choose the perfect design. I also love how easy it is to book my next appointment before I leave, and rescheduling is super convenient. M2 Nail Lounge is definitely my go‑to—highly recommend!

When you find a great something, you stay loyal! This has been my go-to nail spot for about 2-3 years now. I love that it is centrally located in Alhambra and this is just not a nail shop it has artists!! They take their time in providing you services. Though they take in walk-ins, it is best that you make an appointment. This place is usually busy. Shelly has been my artist this whole time. A gel manicure with design is a show with her. She always takes the inspiration and make it come to real life, no matter how simple or intricate. I also see several regulars that come in and they go to their same nail artists! This place is great.
