I had an appointment for my full head highlight with Pam. I loved the experience with her. She is really nice and kind. and she did a fantastic job on my hair! I can’t believe there were bad reviews about her work, I came from Groupon as well, I called ahead of time and I was aware I would be charged extra fees because of my long hair, no any complaints on that. It’s fair and square. So I would suggest that if you have long and thick hair you might want to call ahead of time to make sure if there are any extra charges in order to prevent any further misunderstandings. She also taught me how to style my hair and suggested me professional shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I would definitely be back again soon! And would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants a new change for their hair!
I had an extremely upsetting and fraudulent experience at Solagé International Hair Salon & Day Spa with the owner, Pam. I want to share this so others — especially vulnerable clients — don’t go through what I witnessed. Pam attempted to charge me an extra fee for a service already included in my Groupon. When I asked where this "extra fee" was listed, she showed me a completely outdated Groupon printout from 2023, even though I purchased mine in 2025. The fine print on my Groupon had no such fee. She used old paperwork to pressure me into an upsell. What disturbed me even more was how she treated the customer before me — a woman undergoing chemotherapy with visibly thinning hair. Pam charged her an extra $20 claiming she had "thick hair." It was predatory, cruel, and heartbreaking to watch. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, had traveled 30 minutes each way, waisted for over two hours, only to walk out because the entire experience was dishonest and manipulative. No service was provided. Just scams, upsells, and deception. If you are considering going here, please be aware. I strongly hope this business is reviewed and held accountable for exploiting customers — especially those who are medically vulnerable.
Pam was absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t have imagined my hair coming out any better. This is my perfect blonde thank you!!!
This place ruined my hair. I had straight black hair and I wanted a natural caramel partial balayage and now I have 4 different tones in my hair, yellow, brassy, blonde, and black, no blend. The owner knew what I wanted, saw my inspo pics, and despite all that, she decided to give me the most choppiest balayage I have ever seen. She actually shut me down in the beginning saying that with her TWENTY years of hair dressing experience, she already knew what I wanted BETTER than myself. My biggest mistake is trusting her "years of experience" when I should’ve trusted my gut. When I asked her to make my hair darker she REFUSED, saying that this atrocity is what a balayage is supposed to be. This is the OPPOSITE of what I wanted. Do not fall for her Groupon discount trap, no amount of discounts is worth this level of damage to your hair. This felt vindictive. She was a nice lady but a terrible hair dresser. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t trust me, look at the other reviews.
Made appointment for make for wedding, first of all she uses cheap make up, doesn’t clean after she done with one client. She double sips on the lipstick which it’s so disgusting. She doesn’t have all the colors so she will ask you to bring your own make up. Seriously my 5 yea old can do a better job as a make up artist. Now the hairstylist show her a inspirational picture, well she did something totally different. And it was was the bride. She went back to her house and redid her hair. Honestly don’t waste your time and money. I don’t care how cheap it is, it’s not worth it.
DO NOT GO HERE! I called to see if I could get the Groupon deal for their Keratin treatment. The lady on the phone said don’t buy the Groupon deal, I will honor that price, and you purchase it from me. The Groupon price was $176.30 for a Keratin treatment with a haircut. I went into the salon, and the owner, who happened to be having her hair dyed at the same time, as she told me to come in, which I thought was very unprofessional. She came over to me with her hair dye and said my hair was much longer than the Groupon and thicker. So, she said I will charge you $300 for everything. I don’t mind paying more for my hair being longer, but nowhere in the fine print on Groupon did it say you would be paying $123.70 more than the Groupon price. Yes, I’m the idiot who agreed, but I thought the results would last 6 months as they stated. Fast forward 1 week after I could wash it, it was not straight, smooth, and did not reduce frizz. I called all the numbers listed on the business card, and no one ever picked up any of those 3 lines. I texted the number, sent a Facebook message, and posted on the Facebook page where they shared my keratin results. I tried calling the cell phone number again, and the owner answered the phone and said she saw my message. She promised she would call me this morning and here it is now 2:30 pm and I haven’t heard from her. I even reached out to Keratin Complex and they assured me their treatments should make your hair smooth and eliminate frizz. I am very unhappy with my keratin treatment and highly advise go somewhere else for any salon needs.
Poiza and Sora are absolute gems! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail are unmatched. They truly care about their clients and take the time to ensure everything is perfect. I came in with long, coarse hair that needed a complete refresh, and they worked their magic with such skill and precision. Despite it taking nearly 4.5 hours due to my hair’s volume, they never rushed and made the entire experience enjoyable. Their pricing was more than fair for the incredible work they did, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! If you’re looking for hairstylists who genuinely love what they do and treat you like family, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Poiza and Sora—you will not regret it!
