Meraki Head Spa

I have had good experiences here in the past but my $70 manicure chipped badly 24 hours after I got my nails done. The photos are from literally the next day. I reached out to the salon asking for a refund but they refused. They said "this is what happens when you mix gel & dip" but it was their own technician who suggested mixing them. Disappointed in the customer service here. I have been a regular customer in the past few years, but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Visited the head spa for the Aphrodite treatment. Very relaxing and I like that the mini facial was included. But when she combed through my hair while wet, she was not gentle and felt like half my hair ripped out. The blow dry heat was also very hot. So a warning if you have fine hair - I would definitely go again but ask for modifications.

I went in asked for a full set french tip, the lady at the front said $55 then the person she assigned me to had no idea what I was even asking for so they gave me someone else (nice girl) but I did not get what I asked for and was charged $70 for an awful experience. Do not go here the girl at the front was initially gonna charge me $85!!!! INSANE. See below for what I requested vs what I got.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I asked for a new full set of gel nails with French tip. Worst job I have ever had. They soaked off my acrylic nails and didn’t put tips back on. And for what ever reason the tips look like I played in dirt. I just got this done literally less than a week ago. Worst nail job I’ve EVER had. $65 down the drain. They were nice and the shop is flashy but I definitely won’t be returning.

Really disappointing experience yesterday; my first time. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and the quality of my gel manicure is underwhelming. I'm pretty indecisive about my nails and it took me awhile to pick out a design after the manicurist did not want to do the first two styles I requested, saying my nails were too short. So I finally chose to do a multicolored French, and my friend chose 5 different colors. At this point the manicurist seemed irritated with me and wanted to just get my manicure over and done with. I apologized numerous times for being indecisive. For $45, I was hoping the work would be perfect, but the colored tips are messy and uneven. The salon was not crowded, though the receptionist informed us they were booked all day, so I really don't understand the rush job I got. Again, disappointing experience.

I can’t believe this kind of primitive, disrespectful place called ‘business’ exists in this date and time. Don’t even think about this place for relaxation…you will end up having your day messed up. No communication at all there is a huge language barrier. You won’t be welcomed inside. Door is locked staff comes out to speak to you outside and you will be told to wait by the so called manager outside until she tells her staff to open the door. I requested to refund my money back. I was told they will and end up charging me almost $100 for nothing. They won’t get that money anyway lol they tried…stay away …I recommend read reviews do your research. Advertisements are so misleading. I hope this is gonna be helpful for anyone before making a mistake by going to this unprofessional place who charges ppl without any service!! Take care.

An amazing experience. Nidia was my technician who performed the Aphrodite Treatment on me. Her attention to detail, her pressure, her professionalism was all perfection. I give her 10000000 stars out of 10! I cannot wait to book with her again. I left rejuvenated, relaxed and her massage left me refreshed with no tension! Love love love
