Sarah was very nice but I just don’t think hair is the right career for her. I wanted that cowboy copper/ auburn look and she had me leave with pinkish splotchy bleach color hair. I’m not the confrontational type and I didn’t really notice the worst parts until I got in the car and really looked at it up close and I should’ve gone back in and complained but I’m just not that type. I ended up going over to vendettas today and Kali got me all fixed up!! Save your money and your hair and go over there!!

i came here to get my hair done by sara. i have platinum blonde hair, i asked for dirty blonde/very light brown lowlights and my roots to be done. when i left the salon, my hair was literally mostly dark brown/black, so many spots all around my head that are brown and she didn’t touch, banding, and yellow spots. she has no clue what she is doing when it comes to hair. i had to go to another salon to try to get them to wash it out and all of the stylists and owners said they could not believe she did that to my hair or let me leave like that. i attached pictures the other salon took of my hair, which i sent to sara and she tried to say she did not do that to my hair, but the new salon put NO lightener on my hair cause i had just gotten it done that day so they didn’t want to damage it, so it was her. everyone i have showed has been in disbelief that she did my hair like that. i have been blonde my entire life and have spent over $500 trying to get my hair back to where it was before. she was really rude afterwards, tried to blame it on me, and i could tell she knew she ruined my hair. she did not give me a refund, she gave me one day to get it and i worked that day and she never replied to me after that day. would not recommend her to anyone.

Do NOT go to Destiny!! I provided a picture of what I expected my hair to look like. It should have been stacked in the back, cut at short angle in the front, and textured throughout. What I actually received is an extremely blunt cut like a child's bowl cut. The process of washing, cutting, and drying took only 30 minutes. She did not provide a mirror for me to check out the cut or ask my thoughts. She ripped off my cape and immediately called over the next customer. I was shocked! Destiny has offered to correct her mistake because she does not provide refunds. However, I do not trust any part of my hair with her. Do yourself a favor, unless you want a completely straight and blunt cut, do not step near her chair!
