Not really sure why the negative reviews, but my experience was great! I had a massage with Joanne & it was perfect! It’s not luxury or anything like that & when you walk in, it feels a little dingy. However, if you can get past that, you’re in for an amazing massage. I am very athletic as I work out 5-6 days per week + I consistently engage in physical laborious efforts, therefore my body take a beating. She used the perfect amount of pressure & really focused on the sore points. I never say I’m going back again next month bc I’ve found the right practitioner for me, but here I am saying to you that I’m going back to Joanne next month! I used ClassPass and got a great deal as well.

Went in for a hair cut and hair treatment by Ms.Nina. I love my hair and the shop is nice and clean. One thing I wasn't happy about was that the turn thing, everyone should know who's turn is it before the customer walk in and not like hogging the customers when they walk into the door. The boss lady can make it the employees more professional. Overall, loved it, needed it. Will be back with my daughter in the future!! Thank you very much for working on me today NiNa!!!

I’ve been getting 2-3 pedicure's a year from Kimarie and they are always nice and do a great job. Today, Nina did a great job and as always everyone else who works there are friendly. I use to feel awkward as a guy walking into a hair salon but the way you are greeted and the service you receive makes you feel comfortable.

If I could give negative stars I would. I do not usually post reviews but this was absolutely horrible and am posting this as a public service. I should have listened to the previous reviewer about horrible waxing experience but my usual lady was on vacation and I didn't like the way things looked. Booked a 10am Saturday appointment. Got there a few minutes late (walked into the wrong entrance at first - the hair salon has a separate entrance) but was greeted by an older lady and taken back to the room. I was the only customer there. She comes back in and asks "bikini"? I responded with "I booked for underarms and full Brazilian". She says "all gone?" and shakes her head. I should have left at that point. She starts the waxing and it was literally as awful as the other reviewer described. Tons of tugging and pulling at the same area, several wax applications over the same place, etc ... I asked her to "please make sure to get rid of all the hair". She kept saying she was done and I had to tell her what about the back, the inner thigh ... almost like she had no idea what a Brazilian was?! Finally after an hour we were done. I got up and put my glasses on and there were literally patches of hair EVERYWHERE - I was so upset. I paid the $90 and just left without saying a word. I can't speak for any of their other services, but based on this, the waxing service should be removed from their offerings because they have no idea what they are doing. Shameful.

I was wanting a quick haircut and just decided to try this place without an appointment since it’s close to my house and I had time to kill after running some errands. As soon as I walked in I knew I had made a mistake. There were very few customers in (mostly elderly) and the lady at the desk almost grabbed me by the hand and force sat me on the chair after I had asked " Do you do walk ins? " - hoping they would say no. I felt too bad to just walk out. It was very hard to communicate with the hair dresser, which was frustrating. I’ve been able to communicate expectations and preferences with most hair dressers, even if they speak little English which can happen. I get it; English is my second language too! But this person asked barely any questions and even when I communicated some preferences, like " I don’t want you to cut my hair too much. Just an inch " with gestures, she just went ahead with what she wanted and kept cutting She made gestures to ask me if I wanted layers and I said not too layered and yet she proceeded with what I feel was the only haircut she knew which was very layered and out of style. She also had the audacity to ask me about my " baby " and I wasn’t pregnant ????!! Like I feel this is something you never assume of people especially in customer service. Just because the gown you put on me gives me a weird bump - just - no. You don’t say things like that. I felt like I was back in the days of being an insecure teenager going to your mom’s salon where you can’t really be honest with the hairdressers because they have known you all your life and they do your mom’s coloring. V traumatic, would not recommend. Don’t be like me and walk out if you walk in by mistake!

I had a good experience here. They took me as a walk in and I did a gel mani and reg pedi. It was good for the price. The pedi was very thorough and I felt the massage was lovely. Then I asked if she could fix a bad haircut I had received at another shop and she listened to everything I said and did exactly what I wanted. It turned out great.

I normally don't review but this place deserves one. I go here all the time. They manage to make my hair so smooth and shiny. No matter what you're getting done they still will give you a small massage, even just your eyebrows. It's amazing how cheap the price can be for how great of a job they do. They have some cool tricks and special products they use to make my hair look extra good. The only issue is they have trouble speaking english but they'll normally have one of their teenage children working there to translate so you'll get just what you wanted.
