I have never met a better surgeon or doctor in my life! Dr. Karimi Knew exactly what type of nose job fits my face and he delivered the most exceptional results. I felt so confident in his talent and skills during the whole experience, and that means a lot coming from someone like me who is super anxious and has been debating if I should undergo a rhinoplasty for about 10 years. From the very beginning, he was just very knowledgeable and I immediately knew he was the correct surgeon for me. He’s amazing and he did a PERFECT job!!!

Had my nose done with Dr. Karimi many years ago and recently came back for suggestions on how to address feeling like my look was more "tired" lately. After some discussion, Dr. Karimi recommended an upper blepharoplasty. It's been about four weeks and the results are incredible — I look refreshed, natural, and completely like myself, just more awake and vibrant. His new office was so nice and the staff was all so kind, supportive, and caring. It was a quick procedure and the recovery was smooth, and his team was attentive every step of the way. Dr. Karimi’s aesthetic eye and gentle approach are truly unmatched. I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else.

There isn't enough space to write all the wonderful things about Dr Karimi and his entire team. Truly some of the kindest people I've met, who all greet you with kindness, and want to help however they can. I came to Dr Karimi after an unfortunate series of events from a different practice that left me with visible scarring and a few other issues that needed addressing. I was pretty hopeless going to him, as I'd met with many other doctors, and was told nothing could be done. Dr Karimi took his time to hear my story, think on the best ways to approach improvement, was honest about results, and actually over delivered on what he anticipated. He is truly the kindest Dr I have met (and I've met many) but also one of the most skilled. He knew exactly the best approach to address my issues and was confident in what he told me. He never tried to sell me on anything (if anything he was trying to get the best result while putting me through the least financial and mental strain, knowing everything I had been through). So happy to say the scarring that has been my biggest issue is so light that it doesn't even look like a scar anymore! I was shocked at how quickly it improved with his care. I have a couple of other improvements I'll be making with him soon and I have full trust that whatever he says he will deliver on, he will - that isn't always a given in this industry unfortunately. If you have an issue you aren't sure how to solve aesthetically, or want to know you can trust who is touching your face, this is the place to go! Truly grateful to Dr Karimi, Sherry, Amanda, and all of the other staff members (front desk, medical assistants) - I've never seen one of them without a smile and kind word.Ya'll are the best <3 !!

I had the best experience with Dr. Karimi and his staff. A extremely skilled and genuine doctor who did everything he could to help me with my complicated rhino case. He also removed my keloid behind my ear that I got from previous surgeon. I came to him for a revision and I just wish I came to him for my primary too cause his Results look amazing. Have never felt so safe with a surgoun before. The most professional surgeon you can ask for. Thank you Karimi for everything!

I can't recommend Dr. Karimi enough. From the initial consultation to the post-op care, every step of my ultrasonic rhinoplasty journey was seamless and uplifting. I was recommended Dr. Kian Karimi by my dermatologist. At first I was very nervous to go through with the procedure (septoplasty and fixing a very deviated septum) but he made me feel extremely comfortable during the consultations, before surgery and post-recovery. He is an expert doctor with results that triumphed all my expectations. He is kind and has great bed side manner, and compared to my experience with most other doctors, he is extremely warm and caring. I could not recommend him more. It goes without saying but his expertise, experience and credentials, delivered results that were unimaginable to me. He is a life changer.

This review is long overdue as I saw Dr. Kian a few months ago and truly had a wonderful experience. I got face balancing and through dermal fillers and Botox and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Kian was very patient and thorough throughout the entire process, explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing and regularly checking in to see if I was comfortable. He gave me a very natural look yet I looked refreshed and youthful. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you!
