Worst customer service I've ever had. I had a colonoscopy here and I think I'm on my 6th bill in the mail. I've already paid 3 of them so I called in to find out what the new bill for $831.51 is after I already paid $795 in Jan (this is for a December 2nd procedure). Completely rude person on the phone after waiting 30min for them. I asked what the charges were for and she couldn't tell me. So I eventually had to start reading the bill back to her (I was double billed and the new charge wasn't even on the statement for the double billed item). I finally figured it out but she was still clueless and very snotty. I'll never go back here again just because of how shady their billing service is.

Terrible customer service. The "specialist" could not answer basic questions and kept deflecting my inquiries to the original doctor that charged me for saying there was no reason for me to have even come into the office.
