The doctor Hui Han is not only very professional but also very kind and caring. She made me feel comfortable and calm about my situation. The nurse who helped her was also excellent! He cared about my comfort and the comfort of the family member who was with me. They did not hold back even though my English is not very clear. They still helped me and respected my decision to do it without a translator. Both of them are excellent! From 1 to 10 — I give them an 11.

I did my part I was on time and I was seen in a very timely manner. Starting from registering at the front desk the receptionist was kind and helpful, the nurse was excellent very positive attitude. My doctor, always stays upon my needs and make sure I get the test I need to stay healthy. I'm in a good place right now with my health care at Kaiser North Stockton.

I went in for an ear cleaning. Doctor Goverdhana and his nurses were very friendly and cared for the procedure with immense empathy and skill. They talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. After clearing out the wax, my improvement was almost instantaneous. Thankful for their care!

Dr Abillar is very wonderful doctor. She is calling us last 3 days to make sure our knowledge kids are getting better. I really appreciate her hard work. She always go above and beyond to take care of her patients.

Dr Latting and her assistance were very professional yet friendly and made me feel at ease. The doctor explained every thing she was going to do before and during the procedure. Great experience.

Tiffany was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. We discussed my injury and we went over a workable plan and she worked with me in demonstrating the proper way of performing all the different exercises.

Since the start of our pregnancy journey we been going to Sacramento facilities. We live in Stockton so we thought we should try a closer facility. The experience was absolutely terrible and left us so upset. I genuinely recommend if you are pregnant to NOT COME HERE!!! We bought a small croissant from the food area and waited to be called for the anatomy ultrasound. Because of half a croissant the doctor said I had too much food and I wasn’t called back to share the experience of seeing my child during the ultrasound instead of asking me to throw it away or leave it there they completely abandoned our request and desire of me being back there to experience the ultrasound as the father. Then their machines weren’t even working properly each machine had its own malfunction of some sort. The room we were placed in was cluttered and a mess. I highly do not recommend this hospital they don’t listen to patient requests and are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. WE WILL NEVER be returning here again.
