Now many may wonder why I have a 2 star review when everything else is 4 or higher. Well everything else is much higher because once in the restaurant the staff worked so hard to ensure myself and my friends visiting from out of town had a good time. We came to have a birthday dinner and then wanted to rent a karaoke room, something I had try to set up no less than four times. After each attempt I would double check because I got no confirmation information, and each time I was told the booking had not completed but that now I had someone on the phone they would ensure it was in the system and I was good. This includes calling the night of the dinner and double checking where I was told once again "you are good now". Well this breakdown in communication proved I was not good and I did not have anything written down. The staff at the restaurant however worked tirelessly to make sure we had fun, our friend having their birthday was having fun, and made sure as soon as a room was available that we could have the space we originally thought we would have. I cannot sing the praises of the staff who worked that night enough. I am unsure how this breakdown in communication happened but I hope in the future the system for booking dinners and karaoke rooms is managed better by whomever handles that. I went in December 2025 so perhaps now it has already improved after feedback I gave staff that evening, I hope so! It is a great place with great vibe and great food honestly and a great staff! Just needs some work around the bookings and communication about the bookings.

I really wanted to like this place, but the service was just really rough. 30 minutes to get menus. 15 more to order drinks. 15 more to ask for drinks again, and receive another 10 later. Only half our first order of meat showed up and it took another 20 for the other 2 dishes. We couldn't have ordered another round of food even if we wanted to because it took the full 90 minute all you can eat time to get one round of 4 dishes and 2 drinks. The buffet was missing half of the cold or appetizer dishes on the menu and was never stocked. Also, a surprise 18% autogratuity on a table of 2. We spent 80$ for 30 worth of food

I will not be returning to this establishment. I initially thought this would be a great place to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, I was wrong. When we first arrived, the vibe seemed cool and we were greeted normally; however, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the karaoke room to be ready. Once we were seated, we met our waitress, who never introduced herself. From the start, her attitude was rude, and the service continued to decline throughout the night. We were not provided water pitchers or napkins unless we asked, and even then, it took nearly 40 minutes before we received them—right before we left. We also had to ask multiple times for forks and spoons, and it felt like there was reluctance to even provide basic utensils. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the time or money. This was not how I expected to celebrate my birthday.

Spun the wheel at Amy and Chucks tires and won $200. Had $ to take the wife out for a good meal. Got Mike as a server, and he was great. Suggested the good meats to cook. Enjoyed all the ones he picked. Grill gets messy with the sauces, but he comes and replaces it 2 times in the setting. Walked out stuffed but had room for ice cream. Walking only around the corner. Would eat there again! Yummy food and great service.

First time here. Overall it wasnt bad however it seemed like staff didnt know what to do with us. Party of 7 and they moved us tables 2 seperate times and offered no explanation of how to go about things. It wasnt until our waitress came around we had to ask ourselves. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. However after our first meat selection drop off. We were pretty much left alone. No one came by to check on us, we waiting a good 15 minutes before another waitress came ariund to get our next order of meats and they weren't busy. Then we had to wait another 10 just for the meat to arrive. They do offer karaoke but its not in a separate area or in rooms. So you have to constantly shout for your table companions to even hear you. There are no prices on the menus and the condiment bar nothing was labeled so it was alot of just guess and hope for the best.
