Pete's Music Center

I went for a trial class for my 2 daughters with Sasha. She was super nice and patient. My girls are small but very interested in learning how to play the cello. She was very friendly, caring and she answered all my questions. Edit: now my daughters are enrolled in cello lessons and I could not be more excited! Sasha is amazing and she encouraged me to enroll my girls which I appreciate because I thought they were so young. Pete is the nicest person ever!

Just needed guitar strings. Right as I walked through the door, two warm and polite ladies looked up attentively from their tasks, and one gently asked if she could help me find what I was looking for. I answered and she swiftly glided to the appropriate section, quickly but clearly pointed out the entire selection available, and courteously left me to ponder my options. How pleasant that was! I saw the staff were attentive but I knew I could take my time and study my options. Being in the professional environment of a music store was a rare treat. I was glad for the chance to study the current products on the market, acquaint myself with the info on the packaging and refresh my knowledge of what to buy for various musical purposes. And, as she adeptly rang me up and had to wait through 3 cards as we tried to find the one with the money on it, she was imperturbable and ever so pleasant, as was her coworker, a very pretty lady, who looked on while still continuing her own work, as if ready to lend a hand if needed. This store is run by some seriously healthy and good spirited, professional people. Kudos. Good Place. Thank You, Pete's Music Your a really nice place to go for musical supplies. I highly recommend.

Very nice guy Pete is. Took my fender deluxe amplifier in for repair and needed a set of guitar strings. He trusted me to pay for the strings when I picked up my amp. When I picked up my amp I reminded him that I owed for the strings along with the amp repair. Then thanked me for reminding him and charged me $2 dollars less than what he had quoted me for the strings. Very good business manors! Thanks Pete!

Great guy, got my daughter a Violin from him and we get treated with respect. We also get free adjustments for life pretty much. He also has tutors for various instruments he can set you up with. I wont go anywhere else for my instrumental needs!

Pete's has always been a cool, locally owned music store. Pete hires friendly staff who are trained well. The store hasn't had a lot to choose from recently, guitar wise. That may be due to the surrounding circumstances, as the guitar area has always had plenty of axes and amps to check out.

Better prices, better return policy, and better customer service from Amazon. Bought the floor model of a keyboard (with no discount) and they refused to issue a refund the next day even though our kids couldn’t play it because the keys are too heavy. They only offered a $100 discount because it was the used floor model after 15 minutes of "discussion". All Sales Final. Period. So now our family stuck with a keyboard we can’t use. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customers!

Great local musician helping his community and much much more. The owner has definitely put a investment into his town by helping as many people as he possibly can without obviously going under. He definitely deserve support and gratitude for his hard work and his time.
