Very great customer service from the person who helped me. He went above and beyond to help me find the multiple items I needed. All the stuff I needed took a while to find and get together so I definitely appreciated the patience. I was also offered some help to take the everything to my vehicle. If you frequently buy music items here, make sure you sign up for the rewards ASAP! It will definitely save you in the long run.

Service is good. But i got a bad experience with my son’s instructor. my son learning cello many years ago,he went couple of times.Then I got a called from his instructor saying my son is not ready,so classes cancelled. I told my son class is canceled,he looked sad and asked why?I won’t say the true to hurt his feeling. I told him instructor is too busy to teach him. Maybe this instructor not working here anymore or maybe still in teaching. but I hope instructors should be more patient with their students.

I mean just check out the sound when I switch over to electric towards the end of the video. Mind blown! I love that I can trust Ted Brown with all of my music needs. They always go above and beyond my expectations. The staff really knows their stuff!

Best place in town for guitar gear. Helpful employees. At times they could be a bit more engaging but I️ understand that we’re all just wage slaves so all things considered this is a good local business. It would be nice if they started selling seagulls. The new Rainsongs are cool though! Tons of pedals & overall a good selection of gear at fair prices.

Always satisfied when I shop local at Ted Brown. The welcoming vibes and knowledge are immense withen these walls. The professionalism and service are what sets them apart and makes the shopping experience here effortless no matter how novice. Thank you to the staff for always being so helpful and patient to this father/daughter trying to understand the violin.

Just so you all know, when someone asks you whether an item is part of a sale or not and your response is to shrug your shoulders and act like you could not care less, you have just lost the sale of a guitar. And we all know if you’ve lost the sale of one guitar, you’ve probably lost multiple from that same person going forward. Do you folks actually want to sell guitars, or is it just a place to hang out? I’m not really sure because you don’t seem to care.

I took my second hand guitar in to get strings replaced and it was returned to me with deep chips in the paint and scrapes all over. It was in practically mint condition when I dropped it off. When I brought the issue up to them at pick up they took no accountability and tried to shift blame as if I didn’t know what my guitar looked like prior to dropping it off. I tried to get in contact with anyone who can take responsibility for the damage to no avail. Needless to say I’m never stepping foot in this place again and I would suggest anyone who cares for their instruments not to rely on this places
