Very much appreciate the new staff that they seem to have, they gave me a coupon today when I didn’t have one to purchase two jackets, they then gave me multiple coupons after I bought them, helped me get the items down and didn’t mind me needing to get a different size and have them pull another size down for me, they have always helped me order things I was looking for when they didn’t have my size or sold out, think the lady that helped me today was named Shay

the staff at this store is the most kind and sweet at any store i’ve been to. i’m a regular and the staff is always showing me new items that they think i would like. i’ve also had technical issues with gift cards and hot cash in the past and they were always extremely helpful and patient. would trust the employees with my life tbh

Went in today to spend hot cash, Roscoe helped me and was such a great help and super friendly! At checkout, Elijah was also very kind and fun to talk to. All of the employees were helpful and personal, but a big shout out to Roscoe and Elijah specifically!

Friendly staff, good selection, just wish they carried Motionless in White merch.

Went here the other day to look at skirts and the newer person working was extremely rude. I reached out to see what the size of something was in the wall (at face level) and she yelled at me from across the store to "Ask for help before you start touching stuff". I immediately put my hands to my side and apologized. She then came up behind me with a pole to get stuff down but I told her that I just wanted to see that one thing in an XS. She looked me up and down and went "Don’t you mean a small?" So I agreed and when she couldn’t find any I told her it was alright and that I’ll look at other stuff, she proceeded to follow me around and tell me that she was going to get it down if I was stood looking at something for too long. Not only did I feel like I’ve done something wrong by coming in to shop but, I also felt pressured into buying something.

I love browsing in hot topic they have some really cool unusual stuff. Not a big fan of most of the employees. One will explain sales and when you get to the register of course that item is not part of the sale and then you can't find the one who told you it was. They have gone on break. So ask AT THE RESISTER BEFORE GETTING RUNG UP!!!
