I always enjoy shopping at BoxLunch The customer service is always awesome. The manager who was working at the Warwick location was very friendly and helpful.

My review is In regards to the current employees at the Box Lunch store located in the Warwick Mall. I visit this store often. I really enjoy shopping there and not just for the merchandise, but because the employees in this store consistently go above and beyond to enhance and improve the customer experience. The entire team is great but, I would specifically like to mention three employees there who provide exceptional service on a consistent basis and are deserving of recognition. In today’s world, it can be hard to find good employees. I also believe that bad service gets much more attention than good, so sharing good feedback is always important. Alex, Megan and Jayden are the three employees that I usually work with when I go there. They greet me by name, know what I look for and always let me know what’s new. Once customers come in, they put whatever project they’re working on to greet/help customers. They really make it fun to shop there. Box Lunch is very fortunate to have hired these three, in my opinion. Not only are they great employees, they are also really friendly, kind & funny. They provide excellent customer service. At this location, the team always makes the store experience fun and inviting. I frequently visit this store and will continue to do so. Great crew & fun store! Robin Warwick, RI

Super quality unique merchandise. You can find everything from disney to anime stuff here. Awesome selection. The prices are a bit higher but the quality is infinitely better than other stores. When I was there the staff seemed genuinely passionate about the cool stuff they sell. The set up of the store is nice too. The displays are set so that there is still enough room to move around and breathe. Super comfortable shopping experience.

Super cool store with a ton of neat things.

My 9 year old daughter loves this store. Has a decent free reward program and frequently gives me 15 off 30 coupons. Store is made up of a good mix of pop culture toys, clothes, and other accessories.

This store is kept very organized! I love talking to the store associates because you can tell they are passionate about certain fandoms the store carries merchandise for. This store is heaven for Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel, and anime fans. They have a great selection of Loungefly products! 100% recommend visiting
